We had The Loft Access Company from Hampshire install a lof access ladder. Our home is old and there have been a few cowboy contractors trough it before we moved in, so we tend to do a bit of due diligence. There were several complications because of the loft construction and water pipes, but these guys quickly found a solution. They had a cancelation and we were lucky to jump on the opening. The contractor they sent to do the installation was neat, respectful, hard working and did a very good job, with the complications and all. He respected our home and I always tend to favour a contractor that walks trough the door neat and clean. They adhered to all COVID regulations and worked fast, effective and accurately. He did a very thorough clean after with his own equipment. The best part was that they were a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the work, product and service provided, Thank you.
