Dr. Besher Shami has been fantastic in guiding me on what to expect from the Internal Medicine interview process. He was incredibly insightful and supportive throughout. The mock interview portion was very realistic, and his feedback afterward was extremely helpful.
Although I was nervous at first, he helped me feel comfortable right away by clearly breaking down what I did well and where I could improve on each question. I have to say, money and time very well spent! I used the match guy for interview preparation. I like that I was able to choose the doctor I wanted. They have an impressive list of doctors from different levels and specialities but I am so glad I went with Dr. Marinos Sotiropoulos. He was kind, patient and very insightful. I was very impressed by him! He paid close attention and would even repeat my answers showing he was actually paying attention. Sessions with him really challenged me and were way harder than the actual interviews and that really helped me. Words cant express how much he boosted my confidence.

As an International Medical Graduate (IMG), the hardest part of preparation was understanding the specific intent behind high-yield questions and knowing the culturally appropriate way to answer them. Dr. Scott bridged this gap perfectly.

He was particularly helpful with the "Tell me about yourself" question, which I found most difficult to structure. He provided detailed examples and a clear method on how to build a strong narrative. For other high-yield questions, he didn't just correct my grammar; he went through my answers line by line and gave detailed instructions on how to refine them.

Thanks to his guidance, I feel much more at ease and confident about my upcoming interviews. Highly recommended!
