It was extremely helpful right from the start of the application. They patiently listen to us and make good ERAS recommendations. Even the interview with Dr. Fadi Toro was very beneficial; he gave me a detailed review and told me to focus on my strengths, which boosted my confidence.

I’m a U.S.-IMG who matched into an anesthesiology residency. The match guys have an excellent team that will work with you on everything from essays to ERAS CV editing. The one-on-one interview preparation with them was also extremely beneficial in setting me up to have a good interview season. Dr. Assad and his team were very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend their service.

I had a negative experience with the Match Guy's mock interview services. The interviewers were unprepared, only asking questions based on their personal experiences. And the feedback I received was not useful or constructive. And could not provide any useful insights.
Despite this, the company was helpful, friendly and tried to accommodate my experience. However, their prices are much more expensive compared to other companies. I would not recommend their mock interview services.

Thankfully, I was successful in the Match.
The coordinators and Malik Assad were very helpful and accommodating, offering two extra sessions with another interviewer (I only took one). Despite this, I was not completely satisfied by the experience.

I tried another mock interview service and was much happier with the quality and price.

I am still thankful to The Match Guy, though I was let down when they ASKED ME TO REMOVE my review in exchange for a 50% refund.

The service The Match Guy provided is excellent. They helped me with my application to be in good shape, and it was very effective to get more interviews. The interview guidance session was great, and Dr. Saade gave genuine feedback.

Dr. Fischer was a great professional and good mentor. He asked me so many interview questions. He almost covered everything that can be asked in any interview for a residency. After that, he gave me feedbacks about my answers and my reactions. All of this was really helpful and the session was very productive.

Really great experience. I took the 3 hour package. For me personally, this was definitely worth it because even though I don't necessarily struggle with the communication aspect of interviews, I lacked a vision and understanding of the approach to interviews. Dr. Shreyas is amazing in assisting with that. I gained confidence with my responses (sometimes I get very nervous), understood what I needed to convey in interviews and what about me and my CV was worth highlighting. Dr. Malke's team is very accommodating and you can space out your sessions however you would like and focus on the issues most concerning to you.

I took Interview Prep Service from the Match Guy team. It was one of the amazing interview sessions I had. Learned a lot about structure, room set up and answering difficult behavioral questions in those sessions. In addition, I had two sessions with one of their Teammates, Shreyas, one of the finest residents I have talked to. His ideas helped me shape my answers effectively and relate things more efficiently.
