An excellent company to deal with.
Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and all the members of staff provided excellent customer service both before and after installation, which was very refreshing after a horrendous experience we had with another company in the same trade last year.
We would definitely recommend the Nottingham Window Co. to anyone.

From the initial visit to measure up and quote, to the remedying of a small issue, this company has been a pleasure to work with. Competitive pricing, great products and an amazing team of people including salesman, surveyor, fitters and office staff. So friendly and helpful, would highly recommend 😀

Excellent service from sales to installation. We had 9 roseview ultimates sash windows installed and one casement residence 7 window. Originally concerned about whether the windows would look as good as the timber originals - we had lots of questions relating to this which junior handled patiently and with great advice. +Seeing is believing - I recommend going to the showroom. The results are excellent - externally you simply can’t spot the difference relative neighbours with timber originals. Internal also looks great. Installation Team also did a lot of architrave work on internal walls, that also included some plastering from Jonathan under the window to fill a large gap due to an unusual blind system under our lounge windows. Installation team were polite, tidy, nice to chat with and cleaned up. Only negative comment is the drop in communication post sales contract signing to receiving installation date. It would be nice to receive a regular email or something small just to let me know that things are progressing as expected without me having to chase up. But this is minor and overall I’d for recommend the Nottingham window company without doubt.

Recently had a number of sash windows installed. Nottingham Window Company was easy to deal with and price competitive. Very happy with windows, installation was generally good, a small amount of making good by me post installation

My experience with the Nottingham Window Company was entirely positive. In fact, I was so happy after the initial phase with the fit of front windows and doors that I’m in the process of phase 2 and awaiting the fit of rear windows. After a poor experience with another company and hearing horror stories from friends about their experiences with various companies, I was quite apprehensive. However, a very personable visit from Junior, to a professional and excellent installation from Aaron and super efficient communication from Theresa, I have been impressed and grateful for their great customer care. The payment plan which is in instalments suited me. It gave me the peace of mind that following completion, I would have to be satisfied before final payment. There were a few snags which was promptly attended to by Kevin, a friendly and helpful service engineer. My requests and specific requirements were always met, timelines were adhered to and my space as well as the needs of my indoor cats were respected throughout the process. I would readily recommend Junior and co for an outstanding service.

While the salesman was friendly and the price was competitive, Nottingham Window Company's terms and conditions are awful. They wanted 25% deposit (no problem), but then another 60% a week BEFORE installation, with only 15% left to pay after the work was completed. We were so lucky we did not go with them, as the Solidor doors were faulty (manufacturing faults) and there would have been minimal pressure on the company to fix the problem. The Company we went with asked for 100% to be paid after installation and when we reported the problem they did not ask for a penny on account, even though their installation had been faultless. You are really at risk if you go with this company
