zeer teleurstellende klantenservice

Helaas een zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Mijn retour werd afgewezen omdat deze volgens de webshop één dag te laat was aangemeld. Hoewel dit volgens hun retourbeleid zou zijn, had ik uitgelegd dat ik door vakantie mijn pakket pas later kon openen. Er werd geen enkele vorm van begrip of coulance getoond.

Ik vind de klantenservice weinig klantgericht en onprofessioneel. In plaats van mee te denken of een uitzondering te overwegen, werd er simpelweg verwezen naar de voorwaarden. Natuurlijk mag een webshop regels hanteren, maar een beetje flexibiliteit en begrip voor een uitzonderlijke situatie had ik wel verwacht.

Voor mij is dit geen winkel waar ik nogmaals zal bestellen.

Heel erg slecht

Mi Moneda artikellen besteld. Echter never nooit meer. Er werd NIET danwel 3 maanden te laat uitgeleverd. Vragen en emails werden nauwelijks beantwoord. Al met al erg slecht!
