They take forever to deliver and send…

They take forever to deliver and send you tracking which doesn’t even work!! They don’t deliver on time and also charge for a quicker delivery which doesn’t happen. Still waiting for goods from order a week ago and paid for 3 day delivery. Would not recommend. Customer service also just say wait!!!

I purchased two items from The Oodie a…

I purchased two items from The Oodie a Luxe dressing gown and matching Luxe blanket. Both delivered promptly. The dressing gown had three dirty brown marks on the hoody, it was an easy and prompt exchange for a replacement one. The blanket had a hole on the seam where it hasn't been stitched properly, not something you expect from the luxury range! Whilst the items are nice I would say they were not the luxury quality that they were sold as, especially at the such a high price each. I have purchased many, many Oodies over the years and I do feel that the quality has sadly declined.

Cooling blanket

I brought the cooling blanket in hope it would help as I am having difficulty regulating my body heat since a kidney transplant 2 years ago.
It unfortunately didn't help at all
I woke up one day after sleeping under it absolutely freezing.
It felt like I had a swimming costume on.
Loved the vibrant colours
Your actual oodies tho make a great little gift. I get them on sale as I find the price to be a bit much

Terrible customer service

Order some Oodie dressing gowns for Mothers Day with plenty of time for them to be posted for Mother’s Day and they never showed up. Oodie agreed to pay return shipping costs and refund however after I returned them, they then went back on their word and said they wouldn’t pay postage. And before they come back and say I didn’t return it properly, they did not specify in their email how I had to return it, they just said return it! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not bother with this company - go to Myer and buy something nice on sale in there instead

I love my blankets that I got

I love my blankets that I got. They're so soft and warm. They're good for sensory because of my disability. My night robe is okay but I wish there was like a button like in the front to add and then you could just put it over so it just stays like that because the Little thing that you have with it doesn't do a lot. I wish it was just a button. It would be so much better or something like that design or vocrail

I'll start with "i love my oodies" i…

I'll start with "i love my oodies" i have bought 6 over the years and they are great with no issues.
However after purchasing a pet oodie my opinion has changed. The product is very poor quality indeed especially for the price so I decided to return for a full refund which was not forthcoming, i was told i would only get 66% of my money back after they deducted delivery and return costs. Basically i've just paid oodie for let my dog try on one of their products. The product is very poor, sizing is wrong and the customer service and processes are not fair and I won't be purchasing any of their products again.

Ordered a gift for a friends birthday &…

Ordered a gift for a friends birthday & selected to be delivered to InPost as I won’t be at home to receive delivery. Unfortunately it was deemed lost as it wasn’t scanned in. Luckily enough customer service was excellent, Alice rectified & had a replacement sent out. Just a shame I missed out on giving my friend a gift on time.

Click Bait false advertising

I saw an advert to buy an oodie in the clearance section for $70, went to order and after the 1st step in checkout the item jumped from $70 to $101... I consider this click bait marketing and just shows the company cant be trusted

Aramex poor service!

My rating has nothing to do with the Oodie product itself and is because of the courier service Oodie choose to use in WA. I did not receive my item which is a mothers day gift for my mother in law before mothers day because Aramex have held my package at their depot for a week. Aramex are known in WA for having poor service and slow unreliable delivery - a quick online scroll of reviews tells you that. If I had known Oodie use Aramex then I would not have placed an order. I did contact Aramax and Oodie regarding my order and yet I'm still waiting, not that it matters now really because it's no longer really needed.

Love these sleep tees

Love these sleep tees - the material is so soft yet cozy too. I’m quite a hot sleeper but find these keep me comfortable all night. Love the designs too - I have 4 and will be adding more in the future.

Great customer service.

My experience with this company was fantastic.
The actual package was stolen from my property, and after reaching out and contacting the team they were already willing to reship before the shipping insurance.

And after going through some of the one star reviews, they just don't make sense.
I've had my oodie for a few years now, (The ones that got stolen were actually a gift for my partner) and it's fantastic It's super warm no issues with any stitching or anything like that and the customer service team have been great.

So genuinely I have no clue what the other people are on about.

The Oodie Never Misses

Obsessed with the new Oodie Puffer Jacket!! The fit is absolutely divine, cosy, flattering, and feels so premium. I own 30 Oodie products (no joke), and the quality has stayed incredibly consistent over the years, which is why I keep coming back. Every house party we host somehow ends up with everyone wearing an Oodie, and living in Adelaide where it can get pretty windy, they’re honestly unbeatable for warmth and comfort. Delivery was super smooth, and this jacket has instantly become a staple. The Oodie never misses, forever obsessed and always recommending 💖
