If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid for 48 hour passes, with 15-20 minute bus frequency advertised. Wait times exceeded a hour, at which point we gave up on using it at all and requested a refund. This has been refused, with tootbus stating that there were no delays reported. Hostile responses from the company via WhatsApp and attempted to blame me repeatedly. Avoid!

I was at the Harrods / KA in London…

I was at the Harrods / KA in London stop specifically trying to buy a Big Bus ticket. A salesperson approached me and, from the way the interaction was handled, I understood that I was buying the bus tour I was looking for.

Only after paying did I realise that the ticket was actually for The Original Tour, a completely different company.

I immediately went back, explained what had happened, and thankfully I did receive a refund. However, while dealing with the situation I missed the Big Bus I had actually intended to take, which was frustrating and wasted part of my afternoon.

The sales approach felt very misleading. If you represent a different sightseeing company, that should be made completely clear before taking someone’s payment—especially at a busy tourist stop where several operators are competing for customers.

I would recommend being very careful and checking the company name on the ticket before paying.

Stay out

Stay out. This tour is a joke. Long wait when change the bus, in general. When we were waiting (50 minutes) for the final bus to take us to the hotel we had to give up and took the tube.

Bus Tour Fantastic but River Cruise was a let down

We had a really enjoyable day on The Original Tour Bus (Red Route). The bus was clean, comfortable, and the commentary added lots of interesting facts that made the journey feel fun and engaging. It’s a great way to see London without rushing around.

Although we passed Buckingham Palace, we didn’t get a clear view because the trees were in the way, but the rest of the landmarks were easy to spot and really nice to see from the top deck.

The River Cruise had brilliant commentary full of history, humour, and great insights and the views along the Thames were lovely. The cruise was shorter than expected and didn’t feel worth the full price, this was disappointing otherwise would have got five star review.

Overall, the bus tour was a great experience with clean transport and engaging commentary. The river cruise had fantastic narration, just a little too short for the cost.

Wasn't as expected

Wasn't as expected, I think dealing with the inventor of the service in London, will be great experience, and the detail on web site was very promising.
I reserved Vintage tour
The driver didn't know what is the vintage tour
I must go to your HQ to get the help, nothing was clear about walking tours, cruise (which I discovered after the 3 days)
Very little number of busses, it takes too much time to find a bus or change the rout
Old road master didn't appear, and the only time I saw it, the driver didn't stop at the station,
I pay for vintage bus, cruise & walking tour and I didn't get any of them
I sent all of this to the company, I expected email just told me we will try to avoid it but they seemed didn't care

Very disappointing service in London

Very disappointing service in London. Headphones don't work. Change rota without inform passengers. Bus stops without numbers. Comments very poor and deficient. Not a good option for tourist who is looking for a pleasant sightseeing. Not a good value for money. Perhaps there is no other comment because tourist use this service and they never come back. I only think is a disrespect to people who come to visit London.
