Ordered a tv bench in September but realised it had not been despatched. Did manage to speak to them once, but that was it, cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere cheaper. That arrived, but had to resort to bank to receive money back as Web Site down and impossible to get on the phone. I guess they have gone bust.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE !!!! Placed a order with them on the 25th July they said the tv unit was out on stock & would refund my money which I never received,they are not answering the phone & now the website is down.

The TV stand arrived and was missing 4 nuts, notified Plasma on 16th September they were not able to supply the missing nuts so I cancelled the order.
A ticket was raised to arrange for a collection and it arrived back at Plasma on the 26th September. I contacted them on 8th October and had the usual response that a ticket would be raised and a representative would resond in 48 hours 6 days later still waiting.

As per the previous reviews over the last 2 months I also ordered a tv unit at the beginning of September that wasn’t fulfilled and after many calls with same promises given my refund wasn’t forthcoming then, out of the blue, last week , I received an email saying my refund has been processed and on checking my account it had been deposited. I hope this gives a little hope to some. But the fact remains. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered exact same unit from Currys for £10 more on Saturday12th and it’s arriving today !

Has anyone complained about this company? To the police or to the Ministry of Internal Affairs at their registered address? We've been waiting for mattresses for 3 months, asked for a refund, and the website doesn't work. How can such a scam operate officially in the UK in the 21st century?
Let's shut down this company with reposts on social media, etc.

Same experience as jmc . Ordered tv unit 16/09/24 , monies paid ( thankfully by credit card) & received order confirmation email confirming delivery 5-10 days.
After 10 days , live chat with staff member who apologized for none delivery & would look into . Nothing happened tried to contact again, after multiple attempts to contact I tried to cancel order by hitting the “cancel order” button but that doesn’t function . I sent a reply email to the order confirmation email (as not getting responses through website ) and return stated someone would call within 48hrs - no contact .
Canceling via credit card as website no longer available. Companies house shows Dormant company!!! Will also contact Trading Standards .
Will be interesting to see if website suddenly becomes available so they can take more orders before vanishing again !!!

Ordered a Hoxton TV Stand with sound bar on 30 August 2024, with 3-5 working day delivery. Not delivered.
Contacted customer service who said they were unable to get any response from AVF so agreed to cancel the order. They didn't, so I did.
25 September 2024, customer service apologised as the automatic refund had not triggered and was assured it would be actioned and I would receive my refund in 3-5 working days. Still no refund and can no longer contact them by telephone and no response to emails.

Their website is no longer available.

Exactly same experience as Jmc. They took payment for tv stand which was never delivered, no one answers calls or emails, travelled to showroom at team valley and it's all locked up. Luckily paid with credit card so will leave it in their hands. Total scam company. Will also be informing trading standards. D. Broom

I ordered a console table unit and plasma centre took payment on 13 September. I did not receive my goods and after many many attempts to contact them by phone and e mail and being totally ignored I am still awaiting a refund.
In desperation I visited what I thought was their premises on Team Valley to find the gates locked and bolted and a To Let sign outside.
This company are still trading online but it appears that they no longer exist. I am now about to contact Trading Standards to get them stopped from taking further payments from customers who will never get their goods or a refund.
THEY ARE A COMPLETE SHAM-DO NOT USE THIS

Our TV stand arrived less than 24 hours from placing the order. Brilliant service with message updates. It is exactly as described and easy to put together (so my husband says). The cabinet/ stand is a very nice, sturdy piece of furniture, well worth the price paid.

I ordered the Hoxton Sound Tripod TV stand with soundbar mounting kit on 08 September with a 3 - 5 working day delivery, which was great. My first (of many) call on Monday 16 Sep, resulted in someone informing me the delivery company can't find the order and I would get a call back, that didn't happen, so I called again next day and no-one could tell me where the stand was. I requested a refund which I was told would be immediately raised. Moving onto 01 October, I have just called again as the refund has not been issued. The young lad promised me it would be done today, then again I was promised that last week and the week before that. Apparently the 'Director' Mr Skinner (who refuses to speak with me) will issue the refund today. When I asked if I could raise a complaint I was told to do it via Google reviews and trust pilot, well here is your first review. If I could give a minus score, I would so one star will do, but honestly you do not deserve one star.
So I will just wait and see if my refund is honoured as 'promised'.
In the meantime so not part with your money, this company is a complete joke.

Ordered a TV Stand but no delivery date given, couldn't get hold of anyone so cancelled the order. STILL waiting for a refund. Everything I can speak to someone, I am told the same lie, 'I will speak to a director and get it refunded'. It was the fifth time today!! They are a complete scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

I ordered a stand for £400. This order was never fulfilled. I waited the five working days to receive this. I emailed them. I’ve called them twice with the promise that my money would be refunded. This still hasn’t happened two weeks later. I’m fighting to get my money back for an order that I’ve never received and never left their warehouse, I’m a bit stuck as to where to go now but all I know is I would never recommend the plasma centre. Please do not use them because you will not be getting your money back. It stays with them for weeks. !!

Ordered a side board on 6th June. No communication until 19th of June where they said they didn't have it and couldn't get it from the supplier. I asked for a refund on June 20th which they said would take 3 - 5 days. 3 weeks later I emailed again after no refund, that email has so far been ignored (July 10th). I'm going to have to rely on a chargeback it seems.

The Tripod stand I purchased was much bigger than I thought ( yes I should have Measured ) I have since given it to a Charity Shop as I have marked the wood finish.

I ordered a TV wall bracket which I found cheapest at this website but returns was a nightmare. They claim that they will get the item collected and only charge for courier but asked for £25 which is a lot.

I had to pay for my own and also had to carry the bracket to the courier shop.

Don't order from this site. Ordered a tv stand. Took my money. Product delivered. Great. Product was damaged and so requested a refund. Staff acknowledged and processed the return. Confirmation received item had been returned. However its now been over month since returning item and no refund. The phone line isn't working and no response from emails. I'm now out of pocket for an item that's been returned. Would not recommend

Ordered a TV stand on 22 Jan. It arrived the next day - brilliant! Unfortunately, during assembly, discovered it was faulty and reported this on 24 Jan. A replacement part was issued but this did not solve the issue so requested a refund. I packed up the item and it was picked up by the carrier for return on 9 Feb. The return was confirmed by the Plasma Centre on 14 Feb when they also advised that the refund was currently being processed by the returns team. A week later I had still not received my refund. It then took a number of emails/chat calls back and forth before I finally received my refund on 2 March. A request for compensation was also denied. So all in all whilst the delivery service was spot on the refund process was not, so hence the reason for the lower rating.

I ordered a TV stand on Wednesday ,7 February, which arrived on the following Tuesday. On Thursday while the fitter was assembling the stand he discovered that the side panel was damaged. I immediately contacted the Plasma Centre, informing them about the damage which they said they would replace, and that the new side panel should arrive next Monday. I also asked for compensation on account I would have to bring back the fitter to finish assembling the stand. I was given a choice, either keep the damaged side panel and accept £25 compensation, or accept a new side panel. I decided to accept the latter. The following Monday no side panel was delivered. Tuesday I contacted the Plasma Centre informing them that the side panel hadn’t arrived yet. They told me that the side panel hadn’t been ordered, full of apologies and that the panel will arrive on Thursday at the latest. I informed them that my new TV was being delivered on that day, and the fitter was coming on Wednesday. So I would have to put back the delivery of the TV and arrange another day for the fitter to come. I also asked for compensation for the incompetence of the ordering of the new side panel and the extra inconvenience that this had caused me. I was told they can’t offer both discount and the replacement part, and also said ‘I am sorry about the inconvenience but this is just the situation with this’. The replaced side panel arrived on Thursday. Sadly therefore, I cannot recommend this company.
