I ordered an “excellent” condition Aviator Nation sweatshirt. When it arrived, it was wadded up in packaging, covered in fuzz and animal fur, was faded and has a nasty musty smell. That was my first experience with the company so not good! They did accept a return even though it final sale but they are making me pay $15.95 to ship it back. Thank god I didn’t order any of their more expensive designer items. Lesson learned and never using this website again.

The shipment was switched from DHL delivery to USPS without notice. Thankfully the package was left at the local usps station, however, I should have been notified.

Very rare find. Friend lost one of her earrings that meant a lot to her and was devastated. I took a photo and google searched it and the real real popped up. I purchased them right away and when she saw them. She was so touched by them being found. Thank you for that.

i signed up. the local rep was great. he shipped my gear and i sat waiting for 2 months. then i randomly received items back; no notice. then there was a delay in listing. then a few more items were sent back without notice; and parts of a suit which does me no good. i messaged demanding everything be returned and was told 2 more weeks. its been 4 weeks and nothing. i message again. they say theyre sorry and will get back to me in 3-5 days. i can sell my designer gear on facebook or eBay or other design consignment joints near me without the bullshit. if i were you, dont waste your time. better deals, more cash and less lies if you do it yourself!

My experience was easy and fast. The item was as described. I received my item within a week.

During transit, I assume, the dust bag adhered to the edging of the bag due to extreme heat, again, I assume. The spots where the edge paint came off are not visible until one looks up close; however, the dust bag is now marred with sticky, black spots.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person. I wanted to say thank you for the gorgeous bracelet. The whole process and delivery went smoothly. I highly recommend your company and will buy again in the future.

The bag looks smaller than described and the quality appears a bit flimsy for Louis Vuitton. I have no way of verifying its legitimacy so buyer beware… obviously, there’s a lot of quality products on this website maybe if there was a way to contact the seller?

Loved the offering. Shipping is reasonably fast. Condition descriptions are in my experience a little inconsistent but if you know what you're looking for, it's fine. This time my order was perfect.
