I spoke to a representative who was very nice and helpful. She told me it would be no problem to send the bag back since it had not been shipped and was within the allotted time. It was not even a couple of minutes later when she said, "oh sorry it already shipped." So now I have a bag that I really don't like. It was a little suspicious that it all happened that fast.
