Stephanie the rep I work with is wonderful! But who ever did not accept my Chanel gold wallet or marked my YSL ivory bag so low$ I am not happy with. I know, I know therealreal uses algorithms which I don't think does the consignors like me all that help/good. I miss the old days of therealreal to be frank.
But over all I guess as a company, therealreal is doing okay. Just hope the ceo/peeps at the top are not getting over paided wages/bonuses than the folks doing the actual work.

False advertisement
I got a jacket that was listed as women’s size M. When the jacket arrived it was in fact a CHILD JACKET size M. Due to it being ‘final sale’ I can’t return it. This was false advertising and a waste of my money because now I have spent my money on an item that is unusable.
