I am down the middle. I absolutely love the boots. Both pair are beautiful. Louboutin as promised if not better! 10/10. Gucci was a bubble buster. On the website the size posted was 35, they came as a deflating size 36. Gorgeous boots, too big. I had to begrudgingly send them back and pay another $15.95 for shipping even though it was not my mistake. Will I shop again on The Real Real? Yes. Just know I am not happy with the shipping cost to return for the company’s mistake.

Considering the fact that a few hundred/thousand dollars will be potentially spent on your website the Items/Goods are poorly photographed.
Also, the delivery service takes too long and is in accurate most times

I sold to TRR back in March with a lure of site credit well it is July (almost August) and still have not received any site credit. I called three different times and just kept getting transferred and still no site credit. This company is a big time SCAM... they have taken over 80% of my profits reduced my items to almost nothing and still hasn't provided me what they said they would for now almost 5 MONTHS. Love the concept of consignment shopping for luxury items but if it means having to deal with scamming companies who ripe you off and lie so that they can build their inventory than NO THANK YOU I will just pay full price at Neimans or Nordstroms! If I could give a -3000 I would to this company

I bought a mcm bag its giant lol my only problem was it was super relaxed for price had to buy something to put in the bottom.But it’s 100 percent authentic n I love it

The photos and description were accurate, I got exactly what I expected.

I was very disappointed in the fact that the leather handle on my bag was lost in transport. When I contacted Customer Service, which was only available through chat (which I hate.!) I was told that the only thing they could provide was a $15.95 credit on my next purchase. That infuriated me because what I really needed was a strap for my leather bag. I finally had to protest and said that was unacceptable but in the end I was credited $15.95 to my credit card. I felt like I was not appreciated, neglected, and frankly for an expensive order I should be able to reach a live person for customer service. I’m not making a purchase through the real real ever again.

The necklace pendant that I purchased is really beautiful. (A chain would have made this a 4.5 review.)
It took so long to receive my purchase(s). Shipping is slow. Faster shipping would've made this a 5 stars review.

This has been a horrible experience. My jeweler recommended them and had appraised a bracelet at 7,600. This company wanted to give me 250.00 before fees! I said no. Ship it back immediately. Well guess what? They can’t find my bracelet and are only going to pay that amount they appraised which is 7,350 LESS than what a reputable appraiser valued it at.

I had an issue which customer service which representative Reshma rectified quickly and efficiently, customer service was stellar, which is not often seen these days.

I have purchased many expensive watches from The RealReal company. While most transactions were satisfactory, some were totally unacceptable. Yes, I can return a watch for any reason within 14 days, it will cost me $30. I am willing to cover their shipping expense if I simply did not like the watch, however when the item is NOT as described I should get a full REFUND. I recently returned a watch which was misrepresented. To my surprise I did not receive a full refund of the shipping charges. This company will NOT admit their mistake for incorrect listing! This last return was already a third or fourth time for claiming the buckle of the watch is 18K gold when in reality it is gold plated. This kind of mistake represents $300 to $700 in gold value alone, depending on the buckle's weight!!! When I return the watch for this reason and this company relists it again as having an 18K gold buckle, I can only assume it is FRAUD on the buying public. Take a look at their item EBE23400.
Mistakes can happen and the seller needs to take a corrective action. When you list an item as 18K gold, it HAS to be 18K gold. Otherwise you are stealing money from your customers. So let this be a warning to ALL you buyers. If you buy an item made of solid gold from this company, have it checked by any reputable jeweler in your location right away. You have 14 days to do it. After that time you will be at a loss. Filing a dispute with your credit company can be a hassle you do not need. Someone at The REalReal needs to be fired for their mistakes. Otherwise change the name of your company to "Not The RealReal". I write this review as a jeweler for over 45 years!!

My bag was in great condition, better than I expected! Its exactly what I want and needed. Shipping was accurate and timely. I'm thoroughly satisfied.

It was really great! The dress is perfect and I know I paid way less than full price. I will definitely be wearing it for my rehearsal dinner. The only problem is that there was a stain on the bottom of it. Luckily I have to hem my dress so it should be cut off, it just was a bit of a bummer. But overall so happy with my purchase!
