Items were as described, high quality, and arrived quickly.

There was damages to the bag that wasn’t photographed. The delivery took forever and customer service wasn’t helpful.

TRR sells property right out from under you! The RealReal sold my property without authorization and without the promised price review. I asked for my things to be taken down from live sale and they did it only to relist my items again the next day without my knowledge. I requested my belongings back. But they again took my items down from the site only to sell my items again, against my wishes, a few days later. They did this repeatedly! At least 6 times! Sold my things right out from under me! After I told them to stop and return them to me. I was helpless watching my most valuable items being sold right out from under me. Days later! Even weeks later! Multiple times they just relisted my items instead of returning them to me. During this time my items sold, and for pennies, for amounts I would never allow. This happened many many times. And in the end, TRR didn’t make it right anddid not give me enough compensation for having sold my things to make me whole. I left my consigning experience losing money and my valuable belongings which I would never have sold for what they sold them for. And this story isn’t even the half of what happened. The staff at TRR didn’t care at all, didn’t apologize or acknowledge what they did and would not let me speak to their supervisor or anyone else when I was unhappy with the resolution or how I was treated. They simply refused. Again and again. I am a VIP consigner who has sold over $100,000 of things with TRR and I had much much more to sell. But I will never consign with TRR again. TRR did not treat me like a human being or respect me or my belongings and any of my wishes at all. I had absolutely no control over my property once I gave my belongings to TRR. They just did whatever they wanted with my things. No matter what I said. Took me at least 6 times of requesting my items to get them back and to have them stop selling my things! And even more times to get TRR to reimburse me for what they did, and the reimbursement was far less than the replacement cost. I feel just robbed. And disrespected. Terrible experience. TRR should be ashamed. This is not right at all.

Everything is good. Sometimes there is delay on shipping. And sometimes the description is mot accurate.

The product looks like it has water drop stains and it smells musty and bad

I loooove my find from TheRealReal. My item was exaclty as pictured and the shipping was fast. They have the best customer service too!

The item itself seems great but it was folded and stuffed into a very small package causing lots of creases that will be very difficult to get out. This is an alpaca knit cardigan so cleaning and dry cleaning are only recommended very sparingly. Not sure how best to do it.

Reliable, good prices

The bag is a total disaster. I am very disappointed & will not purchase anything from this site again. The bag was rated in fair condition. I couldn’t believe how digesting the condition . It is dirty and the zipper was unglued in the front of the bag. I understand it’s a second hand bag however, its not worth anything in its current condition.

The condition of the sneakers were much worst than described

I am down the middle. I absolutely love the boots. Both pair are beautiful. Louboutin as promised if not better! 10/10. Gucci was a bubble buster. On the website the size posted was 35, they came as a deflating size 36. Gorgeous boots, too big. I had to begrudgingly send them back and pay another $15.95 for shipping even though it was not my mistake. Will I shop again on The Real Real? Yes. Just know I am not happy with the shipping cost to return for the company’s mistake.

Considering the fact that a few hundred/thousand dollars will be potentially spent on your website the Items/Goods are poorly photographed.
Also, the delivery service takes too long and is in accurate most times

I bought a mcm bag its giant lol my only problem was it was super relaxed for price had to buy something to put in the bottom.But it’s 100 percent authentic n I love it
