The shipping fees are astronomical and completely out of line. Considering the percentage the Real Real charges as well as the high number of inaccuracies in listings there should be a sliding scale for frequent customers.

Very fast shipping and good service. The only thing I would wish that the pictures on the listings were more detailed and better description.

I did not like the item and it was not what I was expected. It did not have any authentication or proof that it is a real Channel wallet.

I enjoyed the ease in shopping. The price points were also very nice.
To make it a 5 star, it would be great if you included photos of the parts that make the item less than pristine. The scarf I bought as "Very Good" had a little dirt on it and an almost-not-noticeable stain... It works, but it would be great to see it in advance to determine if it's something I could live with.

I shopped for months for the Coach loved leather carryall and found it here a very reasonable price. The quality was very good as described!

All details on the bag were accurately described and the bag was described as being very good condition but I’d say it was excellent condition. Delivery was also great. No complaints.

Receive my items pretty fast in great condition. I’ll shop again.

The item was just as it looked in the photos. The shipping was fast and I was notified every step of the way.

Wonderful. Worked with Chris. He was so helpful. My purchase had an error in the description - was missing a strap which was not noted! So, he gave me a credit in order to purchase the strap that goes with the bag that was accidentally labeled separately. Prompt and so kind!!!!

The top is beautiful, as described, and arrived quickly! Thank you.

Dress was in perfect condition with tags, and was MUCH MUCH cheaper than any other Postmark or similar listings.

Product launches with many bookmarks and is already sold to dealers/vendors by sales personnel. Killing the user experience and any perk “first look” service offers. Any deal is far and few between launches. Unrealistic pricing, no real customer service. A company in decline
