Item arrived in a large Louis Vuitton bag completely destroyed, no stuffing paper , the bag itself had no paper whatsoever nor any tags. At thispoint Im even not sure it’s genuine . I’ve heard other customers be in doubt. Customer service not at all willing g or capable of helping. It’s going to be the very last time I shop this site. I felt DUPED !!!

My beautiful Louis Vuitton Neverful GM bag arrived on time. The packing box looked like it had been torn opened and pieced back together with clear tape.
The brown LV box was intact and taped closed with blue painters tape. My LV bag was enclosed in the dust bag. It was in great condition.

The buying experience and shipping time was great. The packing wasn't optimal. The ring box came in a large cardboard box, so it was free to shake around loosely during transit. I was also a bit disappointed with the condition of the ring I purchased. The large center stone was very loose in its setting, which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the original listing. The stone also had extensive scuffs and scratches that weren't visible in the photos. I dropped it off with a jewelry repairman today and was quoted $300-$400 to polish and reset the stone. I am open to purchasing from The RealReal again, but I will be more scrutinizing in the future.

Slow shipping times makes 5 stars down to 3 stars. There is zero reason it should days to leave one state. Do better.

Great experience and unbelievable value. The condition was listed as used, mint, and I received it new in box with original packing slip, FedEx receipt, shoe bag, etc. I was blown away.

The experience was great but the size was a little smaller than I thought I was getting so my iPad does not fit the bag.

Well I didn’t receive my package but was notified by shipper that I did - so wrote in that there was an issue and they said maybe it was lost in the mail? Don’t know but didn’t get the package and said it will be refunded.

Disappointed in the Valentino bag I ordered did not come with the strap that was in the description. Wanted to order a replacement but was told on the online chat I had to wait til my purse was received from the return! Seriously????
