Fake item and refusing to refund
I bought something that turned out to be fake. A simple google search about the article was really clear that it was fake. The claim they have a 51 point ai check to eliminate fakes is questionable at best. The indicator I found was a well known easily discoverable fake - it was on google as the second top result. I actually never used the article so it still had the tags on it as well.
And the RealReal are refusing to give me my money back on my regular payment card. They are only giving store credit. Which is ridiculous - who would want to buy from them again? Twice I have been told I was to get the money refund back on my original payment for them to then refuse to do that when I inquire about where the refund is.
AVOID AT ALL COST!

I used my credits to purchase a small width enamel Hermes bangle bracelet. I assumed the price would be fair. It was around $500. However I saw in looking to get a similar one at retail at the Hermes store the bracelets are priced in the $400’s. This is really disappointing!

There was one stone missing on huggie earring , got $20 site credit but I went and fixed and paid $40 cash for replacing the stone, so I called and they refused to reimburse me since I didn’t get receipt from the store. But I did send a picture of missing diamond

Good pricing, purse was as pictured. Shipped fast, only complaint would be that there was a storage smell in the purse that was not mentioned. It would be nice if they sprayed it with Ozium before shipping. I will keep purchasing products with them.
