As always, I got an incredible product that I couldn’t afford new for a great deal, came pretty quick and the condition is always described accurately. I requested a return label a selling label which I didn’t really need and I got a lot of follow up about it maybe too much I didn’t want to negatively affect my feeling about The RealReal with heavy handed treatment. Otherwise happy customer love the watch

Shipping costs are too high
Shipping costs are too high. Aside from that love the variety of items, ease of browsing, and overall shopping experience. The descriptions are mostly accurate but some are obviously wrong (based on pics) or are not matching the items at all. More quality control is needed on that before items go live.
