The Real Real should actually take photos of the damages on the product. People will still bye it. But without them we are relying on the images. I have bought several items and it’s always the same result, not quite as described.

Too many mistakes on sizes
Too many mistakes on sizes, gender or the general condition of the listings. I ended up returning almost everything I purchased on the past 4 transactions. Very disappointed ☹️

Item received with damaged exterior packaging.
The bag arrived today and I skipped a beat when I saw how damaged the box was. The YSL bag was wrapped in a bag REAL Real. I was grateful to see the bag I ordered. However, the box was practically opened and busted up upon arrival at my front door. It was as if someone opened the box, checked out the merchandise and decided not to take it and threw it back in. I am unsure what other merchandise came with this bag. The inside had no stuffing. I never expected a box with just ONE piece of flimsy tape totally ripped apart along the top. The Real Real is synonymous with quality and service. This shipping left much to be desired. There should be some good will extended to me because you could have lost your merchandise as well as I. Please relay the contents of the inside of the purse so I can verify whether I received everything. I am disappointed with the poor shipment of an expensive designer bag.
