Damaged item.
See my email to your returns email "Please refund my account with the shipping both ways. These were delivered 30 seconds ago, just opened the box, and it is immediately obvious the one shoe is damaged with the sections completely broken apart as shown in the photograph attached. The threads were removed that were there holding the sections together, so someone tried to conceal the damage. I didn't even look at the second one.". Picture is attached to my email. Also, please enable QR codes on your returns. The UPS store refused to scan the shipping label and wanted $5 to print it.

High shipping fees. Unexpectedly lower quality bag.
Shipping fee was extraordinarily high compared to other sites. Also bag quality was lower than expected. Not especially high end, so it felt like it could’ve been purchased cheaper at a thrift store.

Boxes not sealed properly
The boxes were not sealed properly and they were both opened before they arrived. I am thankful they were not stolen. Also, the return address gives the actual name of the company as TRR. I would suggest giving a fake name for you company when mailing very expensive items through the mail so thieves that know what TRR is will not try to steal the contents. I have photos, but this platform does not allow for images to be uploaded.
