I ordered a skirt from Zimmermann at The TRR, described as GOOD condition with moderate discolouration, but was STAINED throughout, and worse still there was no mention of a BUTTON MISSING.

The button is very specific to the skirt and cannot be replaced.

I paid a fortune for the skirt, shipping and import customs charges.

Now it is TOO EXPENSIVE to return as I only have 9 days to deliver in time.

I am in the Middle East. What a waste of money... order nr. R772311336.

The purse arrived sticky and still had a receipt and hair tie with the previous owners hair in it in the front pocket.

Customer service granted my request right away which was refunding a shipping fee. I had made 2 orders within minutes of each other.

Can TRR allow you to add to your order within a few hours?

Also, a big issue is why is the TRR’s shipping rate so expensive? There is only one option, as well.

Of course with clothes shopping, especially consignment clothes, you need to try on and see how it suits you or see if it is worth having a tailor help with the fit. Perhaps this is to discourage returns, but that is part of clothes shopping.

Purse arrived without the shoulder strap. Customer service will not contact me back. I have sent emails and opened dozens of chats. Purse was also listed in excellent condition and has stains and the handles are in horrible condition!!!

This is by far the best site for finding high quality brands and products, I buy almost all my clothes from the RealReal.

first you’re asking for a review before i even received my package in the mail. then when i finally get my package, the box is completely smashed. terrible delivery service. and the online listing is not quiet accurate for the product. i will not be shopping here ever again.

Nice items but sometimes the photos are unclear and measurements not reflective of how it will actually fit a body. Shipping to and from your house is way overpriced.
