I bought a LV purse and the strap is literally glue and sticks to everything. Wish it was advertised better – as it said “good condition”.

Ordering and delivery were very good, but the sweater looked and felt shrunk, and it smelled musty even after treatment.

Authentic vintage shoes were in amazing condition and only needed the rubber taps on the heel. very fast shipping.

I never received my package, even though the app says it was delivered. I contacted customer support, but unfortunately they didn’t help resolve the issue. Then I was simply informed that my case had been closed.

I've both sold and bought on TRR. They provide POOR customer service to buyers because they do not size a LOT of their items properly and you get things that do not fit. I know, because MANY times that I have sold things with them and I know the exact size of my items those items are sized wrong after waiting a month for them to list them. I also bought two things that were not the size listed, so I had to resell them on eBay. Now, as a consigner let me tell you that after selling on TRR for over 9 years that they are HORRIBLE to work with. Why? Because they take a LOT of your money when they sell your things, AFTER they reduce the price by almost and a lot of times MORE than the initial price they listed your things for. You are left with less - MUCH MUCH less than what you paid for the items. AND that also applies to luxury items that you bought used to send them. You will lose money most of the time - regardless. Occasionally, you will make a small profit. Also, they promise and promise that they will take less commission when you become a VIP consignor. I became a VIP consignor over a YEAR ago, and they will not list my lifetime sales correctly - they never were updated to reflect a VIP status because they want to keep me at a lower level so that they do not have to pay me more. Every time I mention it to them in an email or a text, which is the ONLY way a consignor has a half of a chance to get in touch with them about concerns - they do not respond. I have sent them NUMEROUS emails in the past year and not only do they not respond, but they purposely ignore you because if you get in touch with them to send you a label so that you can ship them your luxury items to sell, they send you the label within 24 hours. So, they ARE reading your concerns and ignoring them. If you get to someone on the BUYER customer service phone, because they do not have any phone access for a consignor and leave a message for a manager to call you, you will be waiting until the second coming. They also have consignee reps that are COMPLETELY unprofessional and they not only ignore your emails and texts, but they lie to you over and over again about how they were not aware that you wanted to talk to them if you THREATEN to write a bad review about their name as a rep in a text message. They also MANY MANY times, take AUTHENTIC items that you send them and KEEP THEM - saying they are not authentic so that they can steal your valuable items. And then they threaten you whey they take them by saying you are selling unauthentic items that have been shipped to their warehouse now for unauthentic goods. Who knows what they do with ALLLLLLL of those items for each consigner (?). I lost over 8 items! ALL of which were authenticated by eBay after I bought them. They do not care AT ALL about their consignors OR their buyers except to take their money. That is ALL buyers and consignors mean to them. Additionally, the inside team from the top to the bottom WREAKS with havoc! TOTALLY overwork their employees to the point where they cannot function or do their jobs properly. They also CHOOSE favorites from the top and reward them and ignore the hardworking team as a whole - just read about that one part on the internet. You will also see more about their unethical business dealing. You will have an even better understanding than I am giving you here. We are talking about STEALING your money legally and that is the WORST kind of thieves because they will not hesitate to retaliate if you try to correct their abuse by reporting them because they will just turn around and deny everything and say that you are a risky consignor or a buyer who used their items to wear and then sent them back saying that their is a flaw in the item - then you lose your money for SURE. It's truly, truly a NIGHTMARE of a business. And to top it all off - they also weave into their shady business dealings, unauthentic luxury items that they sell to the buyers. BUYERS AND CONSIGNORS BEWARE!!!!

The customer response time is always very quick which I appreciate. However if we are paying so much for shipping then I would hope the items would ultimately arrive in a short timeline however the last few orders they have not which is disappointing. I would also have purchased more items but the lack of pictures has swayed me not to since they were also final sale. This is more so for wallets and purses that lack the details in an image that is described in the condition.

I had been looking for these shoes for some time in my size with no luck. I found them here in the perfect size and in new condition at a significant savings vs. retail.
