The Real Real has excellent customer service both at the front and back end. I thought I had an issue with a bag I received, but I was able to find what I was looking for hidden inside it. I gave them 4 stars because it took three transferred chats before I got someone who could help.

The Louboutin shoes I ordered are perfect! No signs of wear. The purchasing process was easy and the shoes arrived fairly quickly. I doubt I'll ever pay full price (or even sale price) for a luxury item again!.

I consign d a pair of Chanel sneakers that I bought from the Resl Teal A YEAR AGOand sent them to g consigned and it is showing they are NOT ACCEPTED DUE TO AUTHENTICITY!! If that is so The Real Real had sold me a fake pair of Chanel sneakers and I want my mogwi1 ey back for that purchase! Or sell them!

My first purchase has me hooked! The selection of LV sunglasses was impressive and made it hard to choose. I’m beyond happy with the pair I decided on and they were shipped incredibly quickly. Everything about this purchase was impressive and I am searching for my next treasure!

The purse was nice. However, it was packed in a box with no Real Real dust bag. The chain on the bag caused scuffs to the paint, not included in the listing photos. This is the first time I’ve received an item with no Real Real branded dust bag. It’s baffling to me why this very easy precaution wouldn’t be taken when shipping a very expensive bag, especially considering that you charge the customer the shipping fees.
Do better. This experience lacked basic customer service and basic shipping common sense. It is predictable that a bag with a heavy chain, shipped without a dust bag, will arrive damaged due to not being given the basic protection of a generic dust bag.
I’m underwhelmed by the Real Real.

I had purchased from The RealReal in the past and it was a great experience. This year I decided to sell on The RealReal. It has been very successful. I am getting ready to sell for the 4th time and the process is very easy. once I ship to them, they take care of the rest.. I love The RealReal!

I bought a LV purse and the strap is literally glue and sticks to everything. Wish it was advertised better – as it said “good condition”.

My local rep was easy to work with and my item sold quickly. I chose to purchase items from the site and am very satisfied with that portion of the process as well. Definitely, I would use The Real Real again.
