Overall experience was good
Overall experience was good, however, I wish the duties were included in the price. Its not great to get another bill (which you won't know the amount until they send you a duties bill ) so really you are paying a lot more than you see on the website. Otherwise the item was as described, took some time to get to me, but was what I ordered. If the REALREAL people are reading this, please consider adding the stamp/duties to the cost at the checkout. Thank you.

Easy but didn’t fit
The site was so easy. I ordered two Milly dresses. On fit perfectly and the other was way too small. Maybe double check sizing and make a note if things are running small or larger than standard.

I like the item I purchased, but the boot buckle had some sticky brown substance on it. That turned me off. I wanted to give 3 stars for that, but it is what it is. In my head, that was a $10.00 deduction-scary thoughts. Please make sure you sanitize the product completely. They shipped the item quickly and packaged it with care. Thank you!

Amazing online shopping experience!

Only thing I wish they did was place the actual dress size # instead of Small, Medium, Large etc. I received my dress and it was in pristine condition there was not a stone missing in site.
