It took several emails and a couple weeks to finally get the product. There was limited communication about the delay except for when I contacted TRR to see if the product even existed and where it was in the process. I also ordered products from other online sellers that arrived within a few days with constant updates.

Absolutely horrid experience. Tried to order, but my credit card company declined the transaction because they thought it might be fraudulent. Cleared it with my credit card company, and they advised me to try again the next day. I did, and it declined again. Called the credit card company again, and they said they approved it, but the real real company declined it. Tried their chat function; it is horrible, so I popped out. Tried another credit card, and it was also declined, apparently because my entire account is blocked due to the one fraud alert at the start of this horrid loop. Terrible, terrible experience and will ask my wife to never, ever, ever ask me to order anything for her from them again. Best of luck if you do, but I'll sing their "praises" to everyone I know.

It would be helpful if the letter width of shoes was including the description since the pictures do not always show that information.

I was told they would be following up with me regarding the process used to authenticate a bag I purchased as they couldn’t give me answers on the chat . I have received nothing since . Makes me believe even more that the bag I purchased is a fake

I was happy to find the RealReal. I was able to buy a beautiful high quality designer top that still had the tags on it for a much lower price than anywhere else. I received my order in less than a week. Taking 1 star off the 5 Star rating only because i was getting marketing emails 3 or 4 times a day after my one purchase so i unscribed from the emails but I will still buy products from the RealReal in the future since I had such good luck the first time.

Always a great experience shopping with The realreal

I was sold a jacket that said very good condition, with minor discoloration..and that was it.. received thr jacket and i paid a hefty amount for my moncler jacket and received it, filthy, as in dirty. I was surprised that this would be considered Minor discoloration when it's literally never been cleaned. I sent it back. Returns gave me a little hick up, but thankfully waives the return fee. I was saddened as i wanted to keep the jacket but can't wash it without removing your tag and then return, so..sad.

The purse shipped quickly and was just what I was looking for.

Overall experience was good, however, I wish the duties were included in the price. Its not great to get another bill (which you won't know the amount until they send you a duties bill ) so really you are paying a lot more than you see on the website. Otherwise the item was as described, took some time to get to me, but was what I ordered. If the REALREAL people are reading this, please consider adding the stamp/duties to the cost at the checkout. Thank you.

The site was so easy. I ordered two Milly dresses. On fit perfectly and the other was way too small. Maybe double check sizing and make a note if things are running small or larger than standard.
