Consignors beware
I have been a regular consignor for years but no more. TRR frequently changes policies/commission w/o notice. Their commission is a whopping 80%. TRR charged me a surrpise $35 fee to send me my payment w/o notice or offering options to avoid fee. New policy to charge another fee to return items,again w/o notice. TRR returned fine glassware tossed into a box, so pieces were shattered. Regular consignors should receive notice of changes in policies/commission. Instead , the company operates by stealth.
