I purchased a Chloe Marcie in Baby a few weeks ago and I can’t confirm it’s authentic. The leather is very firm and does not feel like calf skin. There was no follow up to see how I liked it, missing a crucial customer service touch point.

Deceiving item description.
Product said crossbody bag but no strap included. I talked to customer service and they told me strap is not included in the description.
That is deceiving!

A lot of hidden fees that weren’t originally disclose. Ended up paying 400 extra dollars on this stuff

The purse was what I wanted. A crossbody with pink. However the quality was a little rougher on the inside than I would have thought. After seeing this I felt the purse was priced too high.

The pictures provided were good but I would've appreciated more pictures, since purchasing a luxury item online can be nerve-wracking.

My Louis Vuitton vintage purse arrived in good condition on the 5th day of the estimated shipping window. I wish it would've arrived faster.

I was unhappy that it was shipped via DHL but then, transferred to USPS and sat in a mailbox all day until I could pick it up. Seems odd to me that this is how they'd send a luxury purse.

Luckily, my purse was in decent shape which made everything better. I'm overall pleased with my purchase.

I found the Tiffany heart earrings I wanted for a year now, at a fraction of the cost. Once I wear new ones, they are used, so why not buy them used? They were in excellent condition and just like brand new ones. The case was a little dirty, but the earrings were great.

My purchases were exactly as photographed and described. Each were a great value. The shipping was fast, but I would have preferred having the option of cheaper shipping as well.

I was able to search for exactly what I wanted without unwanted items popping up. The description & quality of the bag were spot on! It’s sturdy & will be great for my trip to Tahoe!!

Very poor customer service. Multiple emails were sent about a shipping issue.
Ongoing reassurance they would get back to me and never did
No recognition of the thread of the emails and they kept asking me the same questions
Eventually I gave up and dealt with the issue myself
