I have repeatedly stated that your delivery service is extremely poor. Purportedly to save money, you insist on delivering items in an unnecessarily complicated system which results in lengthy delay. And you charge exorbitant delivery fees for this poor service.

wish there was an area to ask quesitons like the sizes

Where do I start. I ordered an item on the 6th of the month. They sent me a confirmation email on the 6th that said I made the purchase on the 7th (makes zero sense.) 5 days go by without a notification that the item has shipped. I reach out to customer service and first they tell me the item “will ship soon.” Then after about 15 minutes of me heavily advocating for myself, they tell me the item has shipped and will arrive on the 18th of the month! Based on the exact time the label was created, they clearly only shipped the item because I gave them a hard time about it. Then, the item sat in their warehouse for another 3 days without any movement. When it did finally arrive, it was not as described. The size was incorrect, and it was missing the original box (which was stated as included on the website). I immediately reached out to customer support, demanding return and had to waste another 30 minutes arguing with them that I would not be paying restocking fee and I would not be given a store credit I had to fight with them to get a full refund of my entire charge back to my credit card card. I don’t know how this business is surviving in 2026. I will never be shopping there again. It is not worth the agony and the hassle. I would rather have paid full price from an original retailer.
