I have purchased the patio shield 3 times and all three stopped working after about a month. I never received any response from them about this. Not a peep. Not to mention how expensive the refills are.
The button is really sensitive and twice now has been turned on indoors after confirming that it was turned off. So if you wanna kill your pets and loved ones it's a great product. Their contact is terrible and you can't actually write into them which is what I tried first.

Thermacell MR300 does not work what so ever. Im actually in doubt weather it attracks mosqiutoes rather than keeping them off. Cannot recommend at all.
Purchased one of their new thermacell E55 units (in Australia) and used it for about half an hour without problem. Came back to use it and somehow the cartridge has leaked out all over the internals of the unit and the surface is was sitting on. I reached out their support and they basically fobbed me off and told me to return it to a store. No interest in trying to support me to understand what happened and no curiosity as to a potential problem with their product.
