Order 6 weeks old and still nothing! Stop back orders!!!

Another terrible experience! I ordered 3 items, one of which is a clothing set from Elle. When i placed order all items showed there were several left in my size, so i went ahead and put one jacket, and one matching pant into my cart. ONCE AGAIN, even though i paid, order was placed, the matching pant is on BACKORDER! So last time this happened 2 months ago, it was several months before i could get jacket and the Fall season was DONE! So here i bought something for the season which i cannot even wear until next season. SUCKS! What type of sorting and shipping do they do that MY orders are always on backorder? Do the start at ‘let’s ship everyone that starts with A to Z” so my initial is last of alphabet so by the time they get to my order all the STAFF has picked over the size XS and SM or the smallest size! Why is it staff who order do not order more XS or size 2,4…? Doesn’t take a scientist. Both issues here can be fixed IF TSC actually took their customers complaints seriously, but they don’t. They say they will fix things but they don’t. What kind of company can be in business for years yet cannot EVER fix ongoing issues? It’s not new…so it starts at the top, maybe they should hire new high level managers to make these changes to help with customer service. My invoice number F14175240000 and lets see how long it takes to get this back order. Ive been waiting since March 9, its April 14…still nothing.

I have ordered different products from…

I have ordered different products from TSC and never had a problem until this most recent one. A day after I placed order, I received motivation that the product has been shipped. This is a Christmas gift for my kids so I have ordered it on Dec 2. I was informed that it will be delivered on Dec. 5th however Fed Ex tracking showing that only label was created. Waited for 10 days and no update on delivery or status. Called TSC and spoke to their customer representative and was told to wait for a few days and 2 weeks is a reasonable time and call back if still no update from Fed Ex. Called again and was advised that they have no idea why it was on hold. I was told that they will put an an inquiry and I’ll hear from TSC the status of my order. Called again after 2 days and I was given a different reason. It turned out that Fed Ex hasn’t pick it up from TSC warehouse and now I’m being told that it was out of stock and they couldn’t guarantee me of anything. I was not given any option by their customer representative. I’ve asked for a refund but I was told that it’s not possible. I don’t know why if I have paid for it and yet they cannot fulfill it and couldn’t cancel it and get refunded. This is a terrible business practice from a big online store. The customer representative sounded like upset about my inquiry and yet I should be the one who should be upset. Finally she called another representative from resolution department who spoke to me in a very professional manner and actually apologized for the situation not like the customer representative who didn’t offer any apologies and never gave me a straight answer as to why they’re not able to fulfill this. I was now offered a refund which I have accepted as I need to buy it from somewhere else 6 days before Christmas. Never again I will order anything from TSC after this incident. Bottom line is Bad Company AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

First and last purchase

I ordered a luggage tag and the site never updated the expected ship date. Stayed at September 17 for a couple weeks. I used the chat to inquire and was advised they would contact the warehouse... No contact back. I emailed twice after advising what I was told via the chat and again was told they would contact the warehouse. The website never updated and it was never shipped. After almost a month I finally got an email that said they canceled my order because they couldn't fulfill it. That was my first and last purchase from TSC

Horrible Customer Service

I placed an order in December as a Christmas gift. They did not advise that it was another party from the USA and I found out that duty was owing on delivery. I paid it to accept delivery and emailed TSC. They advised not to pay it - that the seller was responsible. The seller was to refund me and instead charged me again for duty on my account. It is now February 22 and I have still not been refunded my money. I have asked them to have the seller prove they have refunded me (as they keep telling TSC) and nothing. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I will not be ordering from TSC again. The customer service is horrible and their is nothing to be said about "service" here.

Scam, scam, scam

My mum Bought a make up box in late November, just before Christmas I emailed them to tell them she'd not received her order. They emailed back saying it was delivered on the 7th Dec and could she knock on friends and neighbours to see if it was there! None of her neighbours have it. I've asked for photographic evidence of delivery and they haven't provided it, they are adimant it has been delivered and it hasnt. She is 74 yes old in sheltered housing, why would she lie? She's been robbed of forty quid.

Placed an order in December 2023, not received items, the tracking sent did not correspond with my address,looks like they have scammed me. Stay away folks and spend your money with a reputable company

Not the same

I am a shopper at TSC for over 20 years but about past 2 years things are not as used to be. Quality is not existing it goes for items sold and shipping costs. Can we stop selling made in CHINA please! Even brands like EFFY Jewelerry is on tsc sold made in China! So let me get this straight EFFY for example an American company makes jewelry in USA but pieces to be sold on tsc are made in CHINA can we bring back quality please!

Deterioration in TSC services

It takes longer to get your order shipped from Toronto to Windsor Ontario Can take up to 3 weeks at times for orders to go 240 miles. Getting a refund is a nightmare. Trying to reach a live person for help can take up to one hour. If you have a live chat it is not a live chat but a robot who most times is unable to understand complicated issues. If you write an email to make an enquiry it takes up to 3 days for somebody to respond to your email. I have been using TSC since 2002. I am very diappointed how this online shopping experience has deteriorated. I am going to have to think long and hard before ordering anything from TSC again.

Best Online Shopping in Canada

Best Online Shopping in Canada. Great deals and payment plans throughout the year. Good selection of products with new items always being added. I've never had to return a product(but they include a return shipping label with every order just in case.) Easy to use website.
