Avoid at all costs, purchasing item fine, but only way to get a refund on items not delivered is raising a chargeback via your bank. No one responds, numbers just ring out.

I have placed an order today 22/9/26 for a Ram 7 fairway wood, moneys taken from my credit card and no confirmation email has been sent I can’t track my order, the two telephone numbers I called never pickup absolute joke customer service, they let you place your order take your money then know response .
Ram golf please get your act together.

Online order process was fine. Prices were good. Got a confirmation email. Then nothing. DHL reference number given was a fake. Phone never answered. I asked for an update via email and the answer was “update on what” as if they couldn’t understand why I might need an explanation!! Simply bizarre. I would avoid this company.

Have been trying to contact customer services for months. Emails not replies to and no phone numbers get answered. Really don't know how they get such good reviews.

Ordered the golf bag yesterday afternoon and arrived before midday today with free next day delivery. The price was great compared to everywhere else I really highly recommend getting your gear here!

The woodworm golf shoes I received were impossible to actually put on!!! After slacking off the laces and stretching the tongue section I could not get my foot in the shoe.I tried all day to ring the company on 01527390303 their "Help" number to no avail.Sent a message via e mail asking to return due to not being able to get my foot in the shoe, to be told to return them at my own cost by Jason a Customer service agent who obviously doesn't know the Consumer rights Act 2015. Terrible company.

The company delivers very fast after ordering. Came within one working day. I was an annoying customer who ordered left handed golf clubs in error.

Ed who deals with customer service provided a free returns label and sent the right handed clubs to me within 2 days of me returning the left handed set.

I was a pain in the bottom by constantly chasing but I always had a response that was respectful and reassuring. 100% will buy from again!

Don’t worry about them not answering the phones, as long as you email you will get a response.

Purchased a small set of clubs for my grandson very reasonable priced and delivery next day free of charge
