Great Customer Support
My old Arai Condor Helmet has a broken Visor Mechanism. Side Pods & Base Plates were needed and I ordered some from TheVisorShop.com, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong parts.
Amelia in The Visor Shop Team was very helpful and I was able to return them for a Refund.
Unfortunately the Parts I needed are obsolete and it's time for a new Helmet.
Tip: Reach out to the VisorShop.com Team before making an Order if there is any doubt about theParts fitting your Helmet. Amelia and the Team are really kind and helpful and can identify any old or obscure Parts for you.
