Poor quality. Terrible—and illegal—customer service.
The strap I received began to fall apart within half a day of use—the leather front started to peel away from the backing at the points where the strap bent around my wrist.
In general, the strap also appeared to be of very poor quality. It was no better than the sub-£10 models you can find on Amazon/eBay.
When I reported the fault to the company, they had me return the strap at my own cost for "investigation," then went silent for two weeks before emailing back and refusing to refund me because I had returned a "damaged" product.
I pointed out that this made no sense and that I was returning the product BECAUSE it was of such shoddy quality that it fell apart within 12 hours of normal use and asked again for the refund to which I was legally entitled under the Consumer Rights Act. At this point, they said they would no longer respond to any of my emails and considered the matter closed.
Needless to say, I'll be issuing a chargeback and would recommend that anyone considering making a purchase from this company thinks again...
