The strap I received began to fall apart within half a day of use—the leather front started to peel away from the backing at the points where the strap bent around my wrist.

In general, the strap also appeared to be of very poor quality. It was no better than the sub-£10 models you can find on Amazon/eBay.

When I reported the fault to the company, they had me return the strap at my own cost for "investigation," then went silent for two weeks before emailing back and refusing to refund me because I had returned a "damaged" ​product.

I pointed out that this made no sense and that I was returning the product BECAUSE it was of such shoddy quality that it fell apart within 12 hours of normal use and asked again for the refund to which I was legally entitled under the Consumer Rights Act. At this point, they said they would no longer respond to any of my emails and considered the matter closed.

Needless to say, I'll be issuing a chargeback and would recommend that anyone considering making a purchase from this company thinks again...

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. Both straps I ordered arrived in one day and actually look better than the pictures show. Very happy with my shopping experience and I couldn't recommend this company more...

Cheap and cheerful. Does what it says on the tin and would be happy to buy again in the future

The company sent the strap as ordered, Turned up on time and well packaged. Had to get the additional links added to the strap but other than that I can't fault them. Excellent customer service and will use this company in the future and happy to recommend them myself.

I bought a strap and once I received it the quality did not look and feel as advertised. After a month it fell apart and their customer service team used ridiculous excuses while hiding behind the consumer act to avoid issuing a refund.
These are poor quality imported items, I will not buy from this company again.

I have had two watch straps from this company, both the same. The one I had for myself, lasted about 3 months before it started coming apart. The other one I ordered for my father lasted a day, got returned, they put some more screws in it and sent it back to me. It then lasted one day again...
I then spoke to them about returning it a second time along with mine which had also now failed. They gave me a couple of options, I could send it back and they could use some strong glue as well as the screws (which they probably should have done the first time). They also gave me the option of which screws to buy. So far its cost me about £15 in return postage. They were last sent off on the 6th of March, two emails and calls later, no response. I even did recorded delivery which confirms they have received them.
Nice looking straps, poorly but together and horrific customer service.

Update: still no response. Reviews.io removed this same review within 24 hours. This company is worse than you probably realise.

Dont waste your money, the strap i bought was poor quality and frayed after 2 days of wearing it around the house! I contacted customer services and they suggested it might have happened by it brushing past my jeans! We sent it back, they then phoned us and after agreeing that it was frayed and that they would send it back if it had been their purchase, they said they would replace it but if it happened again it was tough! After a 30 minute conversation of explaining i didnt want the strap as it was clearly poor quality they refused to give us a refund and the only alternative was to pay more and have a different strap - surprise surprise. This came and it is too big for my wrist, so now i have a £40 strap that i cant wear. Terrible product and customer service, safe to say im not happy.
