Very easy to order. But my product has been damaged when it was delivered. I sent pictures of the damage and I still have not received a response.

Website describe product as wood panels in several areas not wood tape on top of MDF or solid wood. Even the instructional video showed rolling sealer on which makes absolutely no sense when you’re rolling it on to just a wood colored tape. Insanely misleading, insanely high shipping price. I was expecting a normal premium product, not these panels with just wood colored tape on top of it that keeps coming off every time I put scotch tape on it to make a cut. It’s installed so weak that just the painters tape pulls this wood tape off of the MDF.

Need to work on the delivery.
One of the boxes came damaged, and the wood inside was also damaged.

Very disappointed with the customer service and communication from The Wood Veneer Hub. We purchased panels and planned to use WVH’s recommended adhesive specifically designed for their product. The adhesive never arrived, and after weeks of waiting, we had to reach out ourselves to find out what was going on. Only then were we told that the adhesive was backordered.
What makes this even more frustrating is that we had already sent multiple emails that went unanswered. At no point did WVH proactively notify us that the adhesive was backordered or that our order would be delayed. Meanwhile, their website continues to show the adhesive as “In Stock.”
We now have panels sitting here that cannot be installed. I would prefer to use the adhesive WVH recommends for these panels rather than trying to find a substitute and potentially risk an issue with the installation.
I understand that products can go out of stock, but the lack of communication is the real issue. Customers should not have to repeatedly reach out just to find out why part of their order hasn’t arrived—especially when the website is still representing the product as available. For the price of these products, I expected much better communication and customer service.

This company was initially sent to me from a client. My first contact with them was pleasant and encouraging. After getting samples ordered I expected to see the samples within the next week. After 3 weeks I tried to reach out to the rep who I initially spoke with. Left messages, Texta and even emails. and no response. after 2 weeks of trying to get in touch with someone, 5 weeks after the initial contact, someone finally called me back. It was a different person and I stressed to them the importance of healthy communication if they want to do business with my company. She understood, let m know that she took over the account and would get these items sent right out. After another week and a half went by I tried reaching out to her with no luck. Left messages, and emails but no reply.

Samples finally showed up 3 months after the initial request. Unfortunately I have advised my client to do business with someone else and my company will not be doing business with Wood Veneer Hub.

Great quality

My order was either ordered wrong or they sent me the wrong product. Tried emailing them and they have not responded to me.

I had questions before ordering and called - my call was answered by a real person. Kennedy was helpful and got everything set up for me and sent the invoice to my email making it super easy to pay. I had to order panels due to our contractor messing a few up and again emailed her and she responded quickly and got me set up with my next order. Really loved working with her and this company!

The product improved the space but it was not as high quality as I expected (esp for the price) and was not so easy to work with…several of the panels were damaged on the ends during transit (small cracks or damaged veneer). For the most part, we were able to hide these areas or cut them off but still. When the wood (white version) was cut, some if the dark sawdust got on the white felt and just would not come out. We tried a vacuum, blow dryer and fine brush to try and lift it but just will not come out. So now, trying to figure out a way the cover up what appears as a brown stain in certain sections. Cutting down a panel along the long line was difficult… the felt didn’t cut very smoothly so seaming together sections also was challenging. Our side wall was slightly off on one side so we need a small filler piece to compensate, but the material is difficult to cut so another problem to solve. We glued the pieces on which was pretty easy. I have seen other panels that are higher quality. This product provided little guidance and no information on managing some of the issues. I would recommend buying a product like this in person.the company needs to do more work on addressing material management and installation tips, tricks and cautions.

I love this product. It’s high quality and looks fantastic!! It’s actually the second time I’ve ordered I like them so much!!

I expected something more substantial

The WVH delivered the panels within days, not weeks, days of ordering them and the quality is exceptional.

This was first attempt to install anything like the the acoustic, slatted wall panels and they were easier than I could have imagined or hoped for. These panels were installed in two wine cabinets with floating racks and look stunning! So much so, we just ordered more panels to cover the wall opposite the cabinets in our wine lounge for a true MCM vibe.

If you’re considering this aesthetic in your home….JUST DO IT!
