Super fast shipping and absolutely stunning engraving on the fist toast glasses. Things Remembered is the only store/site I have ever used for anything engraved and beautiful bridal gifts for everyone. I ordered on a Friday and had them by Monday. They are perfect and I can't wait to give them as a gift. Thank you.

What a horrible product experience. I used to shop at things remembered for so many years back in the day when they had storefronts.

I often shopped there and got incredible products engraved for my family and friends and still have many of those products myself. Since they closed their doors and went to online only I have never shopped with them and I never will again.

The product that they sold me was not as indicated online for a child/toddler cross necklace. The size is for a grown man, and the quality was subpar.

When I tried to return it, they refused because I had a small engraving on the back. Mind you I understand that part but to false advertise a cross for children and send me a man’s cross and refuse to take it back is just unacceptable.

Extremely disappointed and wish they still had their storefront; because that’s when their quality was high

Paid for express delivery to have an item here before Easter they sent it standard delivery vs express - even though they refund the delivery charge - I now have to take my time to return it to a fed ex store to get a refund because the item will not be here on time!

I wanted to get my daughter and new son-in-law something beautiful, memorable and high quality.
Things Remembered did not disappoint.
This will forever be my go-to for every occasion.

To @thingsremembered & @personalizationmall my wife placed an order several weeks ago for these robes as her gift to us for #valentinesday. When received the branding was way misplaced incorrectly. #fail1 @tequilapowell emailed the error with these first 2 pictures. #thingsremembered replied with #apologies and issued replacements. We received them and #fail2 the sizes were switched; wife is supposed to be a M/L and husband is supposed to be XL/XXL but they were opposite. SMH my wife emailed again of the error with pics. Then another apology and replacement issued. Here we are fail3, we received only my wife’s, was right size and correctly branded but mine, husband, was not included. Emailed once again, and the reply was from personalinizationmall (Tanya G) as a rude email that my wife can’t be pleased. We have emailed you both. Send our order as advertised. We do not want a refund, store credit. Execute and do your responsibility!!!!

Quality product, personalized and shipped quickly. Arrived in perfect condition and exactly what we expected and maybe even better.

I ordered the engraved money clip and it’s very small to be $130. Maybe $70 but it’s definitely overpriced. I also ordered the personalized poker set which was engraved and on sale.

I've ordered from them several times, every year it gets worst. The products are cheap looking and the engraving is basically a decal. The lead times are horrible and products delayed, I also understand the days for Holidays are allowed but all they tell you is you should of paid for rush shipping! I'm only miles away from their facility! I've been told it ship will ship tomorrow 3 times now and it still hasn't. I will never order from them again.

Monogram on sock not clear and company unwilling to give a full refund, only offering half the refund or a store credit to purchase another item that's not up to par. I will not order from them again and will be sure to inform others of my experience, if they mention this company's name.

I ordered a customized picture frame online. When I went to checkout they automatically had included a $2.99 picture in the frame and a $7.99 ornament. I unclicked these purchases and proceeded to checkout. When I received my order those items were included and I was charged for them! This is a total scam and should be illegal! I should not be automatically charged for something I did not specifically choose to purchase. Why are companies allowed to automatically add something to your order?!
When I emailed them to complain they said I confirmed the order at checkout so there’s nothing they would do for me. What a crock! I’ll never ever purchase anything from this company or any company that does this!

One week before Christmas I decided to order a personalized wooden tray. It arrive on Christmas Eve and is lovely.

The compact mirrors I ordered arrived 2 days before expected delivery. The ordering and engraving process was very easy including check out. I was able to apply a credit (code) on the final sales price. I highly recommend these compact mirrors!

I ordered 3 engraved key rings. I love 2 of them but one was scratched. I contacted them and they said they were very sorry and would just send a replacement. Great customer service and beautiful product.

Ordered a baby bracelet with engraving on front and back. You can’t even read one of the names on the back. Wrote to them and sent pictures and they had the nerve to tell me that that’s the way it should look. Then they had the nerve to offer me a coupon..like I would ever order from they again. Bad enough I spent 60.00 for something that has to go in the trash. Anyone would be embarrassed to give this as a gift.
