Thank you to Marvin and Wes for doing a great job on our trees. We have used Thor's for a number of years and have never any issues with their work. Trees are cut well and everything is cleared up afterwards. Katie in the office is lovely. And thank you Wes for solving the mystery of our "unknown tree"!

They are professional, have a great customer service and the did a great job in cutting our pine tree.

Quick, efficient, cleared up after themselves, were polite and provided an all round great service, and of course we were very happy with the work in our trees.

The initial appointment to assess the work required was arranged quickly. The quote came within a day and the date for the work agreed. Everything was carried out entirely satisfactorily. Highly professional people and very pleasant to deal with. These guys know their trees!

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. Great service. The actual work was carried out on the hottest day of the year and the guys did an amazing job.

Brilliant service from Thors Trees. The team removed a tall beech tree quickly and safely (in 33° heat!) Whole job was completed in under an hour. Really nice guys, punctual, professional, they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Great communication throughout and clearly very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Thors Trees for anyone needing a reliable tree surgeon.

Thors Trees is excellent from start to finish. Since 2021, they have taken care of a large Sycamore in our garden. Last week we needed them urgently to sort out our pyrocanthus and other vines intruding on a public path. They responded with their usual efficiency, professionalism and friendliness: from Nicky who took the initial call and coordinated the admin, Jack who came to quote, and Mo and Dan who did an excellent job. One gets the impression that this team of talented young people really enjoy their job and work well as a team, bringing reliability and good cheer, leaving your environment and yourself feeling uplifted. Top class company for sure.

I booked with Katie to have an overhanging fig tree cut back and she was very helpful and accomdating. She arranged a date for a surveyor to assess. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Three very polite young men arrived to do the job. They laid down plastic sheets in my hallway and got on with the job. They were very efficient and did a great job cutting the tree back to the boundary line. They did not leave any mess in my house or on the outside steps and path. I would highly recommend Thor's Trees.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The work carried out on our Cryptomeria trees was far below an acceptable professional standard. The pruning was poorly done, incomplete, and left the trees looking damaged rather than properly maintained.

What made the situation even worse was the amount of debris left behind. At the time, because the cuttings were still green, they blended into the trees and were not immediately obvious in photos. However, within days, the debris turned brown and became clearly visible all over the trees and garden areas. Despite this, the company repeatedly insisted the job had been completed properly.

There was very little accountability, poor attention to detail, and a complete lack of pride in the work. I expected a professional tree care service and instead ended up with stress, extra cleanup, and trees that now require time to recover.

I would not recommend this company if you care about quality workmanship, proper cleanup, or honest communication.

This is the second time that I've used Thors Trees to do reduce down my Eucalyptus tree. The team arrived early, which was great. The team were professional, polite, friendly and checked in with me to ensure I was happy with the the work they had done. 100% great service. Would highly recommend Thor's Trees and will definitely use them again when I need my eucalyptus reduced, or for any other needs. Thanks so much.

Would highly recommend. I used Thors two years ago and based on the positive experience, they were the first company I called when I needed reduction in a few Fir trees. I will be honest they were note the cheapest quote I received but the professionalism from Katie in the office to getting a quote and the two lovely young men who carried out the work and cleaned up every last bit of tree plus the insurance and certificates they have it was worth it. I’m walking on sunshine….

This is my second time using Thor's Trees and once again I was so pleased I did. Tom and Nick turned up exactly on time and were such lovely guys. We had a huge bit of structural ivy sitting on the boundary wall between two other neighbours and Tom talked us through all our options and was a huge help. They cleaned up afterwards beautifully and I'm grateful to them for a great job well done. I recommend Thor's Trees to everyone!

This is the second time we have used Thor’s tree. We find them very professional and give sound advice about how to manage our trees in the garden. We were also impressed how quickly they were able to be with us too. Nick and Tom did a great job removing our dead tree and advising us on our options and how best to manage the situation. We would use them again to prune our trees and highly recommend them

Jack and the team did a great job removing our tree. They arrived on time, went through the risk assessment with me, used barriers to stop any debris, completed the job efficiently and cleaned up perfectly. They were polite and professional. I would happily recommend Thors Trees. Second time using the company and will certainly use them again.
