I am currently managing a complex architectural overhaul of a 1930s property, involving a structural knock-through and a 3-story loft conversion. For this project, technical precision is non-negotiable, and THS Concepts delivered exactly the clinical bedrock we needed.

Sam Leek and Mark Ansell executed the Measured As-Built Survey on-site. They were rapid, highly efficient, and respectful of the property. More importantly, the subsequent CAD drawings produced by their back-office team were mathematically flawless.

When you are dealing with complex structural phasing, there is zero room for vague measurements. THS Concepts provided the exact accuracy required to de-risk our planning and structural engineering phases. We contacted THS to see if they could help with monitoring cracks that appeared at my mother's houses. I spoke to Tom who was extremely helpful and explained what THS could do to help.

A member of the team attended the house and fitted 9 markers to the areas where there were cracks . The installer was very clean tidy and left no mess.

Once the markers were installed he took pictures and I received a report within 7 days.

I sent pictures on a monthly basis and THS sent me a report very promptly.
