Ordered a ticket for mull historic society which didn't arrive was panicking as wanted to see the support act sister john lisa at ticket web managed to sort this within 14 hours of contacting ticket Web fantastic customer service 😀 😄😄ps amazing gig got to meet two members of sister john concert was 11/6/26.
Don't dare make a mistake when ordering on this site.
Basically, I ordered 2 tickets online and after 10-15 mins I hadn't received any acknowledgement, so I re-ordered the two tickets. I then received the two seperate order confirmations. I sent an email straight away to explain what had happened and two days later, Ticketweb sent me an email telling me that I would have to take all four tickets. No refund. No empathy. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me. Literally don'[t care that I have paid for two tickets that won't get used. Bad for me and bad for the band.
Anyway, that's why I wouldn't use this site again.

Ticket never arrived!!
I purchased a virtual ticket for a concert livestream.. The link never arrived and I was unable to access the stream. Ticketweb dispute this and said they did send the link. I received no such email, I only received a physical ticket to attend the concert which had a QR code that pointed nowhere. The concert was in the USA, I am in the UK. terrible service, complaint is ongoing but they refuse to return my $14.96

Brilliant service! I accidentally deleted my confirmation email so had no evidence of purchase for the show, I contacted them by email and within 2 hours they had responded with my booking confirmation.
Did not receive my tickets and no refund
Did not receive my tickets that they said they sent, tried contacting them for over a week and no response till the day of the gig 5mins before the gig was due to start and we live and hour away. They wont refund and have kept my money. Will never use them again

Tried to help but failed to do a basic email address check and were sending ticket to a non-existent email address DESPITE corresponding with me on the correct email address!!! They sent my ticket to the non-existent email address 3 times before finally telling me where they were sending it where the problem became evident!!
Previously they just kept saying ‘ticket sent’ as though that was enough even though I obviously wasn’t receiving it! The venue even gave them the correct email address…

Attended a scheduled gig which was due to take place approx. 7pm-10:30pm. The gig actually, eventually started the following morning at 1am, finishing at 4am, due to complications with the bands travel. Zero comms from the venue or the bands themselves and it was total pot luck if they'd even turned up at all, so left approx. close to 1am still unsure if the gig was taking place. Impossible for me to stay any longer and attend when I have a newborn and travel arrangements to get home and watching a gig until 4am is actually insane and unreasonable. Ticketweb refuse a £30 refund. Not sure if they are short of money or staff so poorly trained in decency and morals to actually not acknowledge the principles and morality here.
Compete lack of integrity or appreciation for 'customers'. Avoid at ALL costs.

For being a company linked to filthy ticketmaster, I'm mega impressed. I hope they keep their staff because they're super diligent.

Ripped off
Bought tickets via ticketweb to see Limehouse Lizzy at Wylam Brewery , however before the event the date was changed - the email informing me went into spam and it was only when I printed the tickets out on the day the concert was supposed to happen that I saw the date had changed. I called ticketweb to check to be told it was 3 days later. We unfortunately could not attend the revised date. We then tried to get a refund but emails bounced back and the information on the website was difficult to navigate so by the time I managed to get to apply for the refund it was on the day of the revised concert. The response I had from ticket Web was no refund due to the lateness of applying so £44 wasted. I won't let it go and will never ever use them again.

Great- Couldn't locate tickets
Couldn't find our tickets or confirmation email for an event we booked at the start of the year, so I sent an email in with a plea for help! Customer service was excellent, not only did they locate the email address I used to buy my tickets, but they resent them for me to my current email without having to ask. Thank you very much. Response from the customer service team was extremely quick too.
