Unacceptable delays in getting my money…
Unacceptable delays in getting my money out Tickmill kept my two hundred forty thousand dollars.
I'm fifty-eight years old. Have been trading with Tickmill for some time now. Everything was fine until I tried to withdraw my funds.
* I had five withdrawals pending and two of them were finally reversed. They were for amounts.
* The remaining three withdrawals, totaling two hundred forty thousand dollars are still stuck. That's a lot of money. It's my savings.
I provided all the documents they asked for and did everything by the book. Still my money is in limbo. The finance department at Tickmill is really slow. They do not seem to care. They just keep saying "we're looking into it" for months.
As a client I should not have to fight this to get my money. I felt trapped and angry.
Then I found Poma Advisory. They helped me get my two hundred forty thousand dollars back. It was a process that took months of letters and chasing Tickmills support but they stuck with me. In the end they recovered every dollar.
Here's what I learned: if a broker delays withdrawals for no reason do not waste months begging. Get help away. Poma Advisory made a difference.
To Tickmill I say your withdrawal process is broken. Two, out of five reversed withdrawals are not good enough. You need to fix your finance department or lose clients.
Would I recommend Tickmill? No I would not. Potential clients should know about these hurdles. I will not continue to wait. Tickmills delays are unacceptable. I will not use them again.

I am absolutely disappointed in their welcome account reviewal. Their accusation of multiple IPs detected has led my account to be disabled with no evidence or proof regarding the termination. I have emailed back and forth with them and all they could do is say multiple ip addresses is not prohibited which isn’t true. I have used one device, this is my only attempt, no intention of abusing their promotion. I HOPE YOU FIX THIS ISSUE! I am still yet to receive my hard earned funds.

Heartless and Incompetent: Tickmill Support tells client in medical crisis “one thing has nothing to do with the other”
I have been a patient client of Tickmill for over a month, trying to recover funds from a failed withdrawal batch. Out of five withdrawals, Tickmill has already reversed two—proving the fault lies with their system/provider—yet they have been stalling on the remaining three for 40 days, despite me providing the official bank letters they requested.
Today, my situation turned into a family emergency as my father was admitted to the hospital with a life-threatening heatstroke. When I reached out to support (an executive named Vasilis) to explain the life-and-death urgency of accessing my own capital, the response was chillingly heartless: "one thing has nothing to do with the other."
It is disgusting that a "top-tier" regulated broker thinks it is acceptable to speak to a client this way during a medical crisis. While I am fighting for my father’s life, I am forced to fight Tickmill for my own money. They hide behind "payment providers" and cold, scripted replies while withholding verified funds.
If you value a company that treats you like a human being, stay away from Tickmill. Their operational failure is only surpassed by their total lack of basic human decency.

The best broker!

I have never seen such a bad Liqidity provider ever.

I contancted Support many times and they did not do anything about it.

A very good forex/CFD broker.
Pros:
1. Spreads are tight (0-2 for major pairs throughout the day).
2. Fills are usually pretty good with little slippage during normal trading hours.
3. Deposits are easy and fast.
4. Withdrawals take about 6-7 hours on average. Some methods take longer to show up in the account, but no problems so far.
Cons:
1. Commission is a bit on the high side (5.7 round-trip per lot). They have a raw account with higher spreads but 0 commissions as well.
