I have been with Tiimely for more than a year but recently getting very poor/no support for my loan transfer inquiry. I send emails/in app messages/web messages/call and get no response. I even tried keeping the phone for 1 hr and no response at all! I do not know what is wrong with them.

Massive fail with Adelaide/Bendigo Bank merger.
I used to LOVE Tiimely, previously TicToc Home Loans. It was easy to use and was backed by the systems of Adelaide Bank with full use of desktop/browser login where I could download statements in PDF or Excel, for budgeting/tax time, and also use open banking when applying for other loans.
However since the merger of Adelaide and Bendigo bank, us "White Label" customers (as they told me) were booted off browser login and can only access our account through the poorly deisgned Tiimely App. That means no browser access at all, transaction history lost before December 9 and all statements unable to be easily downloaded and no excel option to review transactions. I'm switching banks, this is ridiculous.

Don’t sign up to Tiimely now! After an initial excellent first year or so with this lender, everything has gone downhill recently. As other reviewers have mentioned, Tiimely appear to have drastically cut their workforce and now customers are left with a basically non existent “customer service” line and an app that appears to have been designed by a 5 year old.
Over the last two weeks I have been on hold with the existing customer service line for over 6 hours (5 separate phone calls). It seems that they do not answer until you’ve been on hold for at least an hour. If you’re a new customer don’t get tricked in to their quick answering times as this is shortly forgotten once you sign up. On hold service offers no wait time announcement, no option for them to call you back once they have freed up, you just sit listening to the same 15 second track for an hour, all for them to solve something you could have done yourself online if their app offered literally anything of substance.
UPDATE-
Yes they contacted me with no further help, nor did they solve the issues I had, or update on how they will work on fixing the issues found for future clients.

Very poor. Moved to App by bank which has very limited functionality compared to their previous web offering. It is not equivalent (and the existing Trust Pilot ratings from before Dec 2025 should therefore not be included - misleading and deceptive). On the upside this prompted me to review arrangements, and my new rate (with a big four bank is only 5.39%). So silver lining!!
Further update - while I’m waiting to switch I have an unread/ unanswered query in “Support” on the App from 6 days ago and counting. Once you are a customer be prepared for extreme disappointment and frustration

Timely used to be amazing but in the last few years have become really poo. They cut staff, and then started charging loyal customers more. I've tried to remedy them overcharging me a couple if times. The first time it was an annoying process but they rectified it. The second time they dismissed me, expecting me to just cop a way higher interest rate for being loyal (higher than the big 4 too!). I've since moved and won't be going back. There are way better and lower loans out there, with some companies even giving out loyalty discounts. There's no point going with Timely if they aren't going to be competitive anymore.

In a world where we have automated customer service what an incredible experience from the start with Sam at Timely. Sam and the team at Timely were patient and at no point bothered with my relenting questions. I actually have not had this level of customer service in such a long time, a direct point of contact and no mucking around. I could not recommend Sam and the team enough if looking to refinance or looking to purchase your home.

Where to start.. if I could give 10 stars I would!.
I’ve been dealing with Tiimely for many months now as I had to renew my application and extend it twice due to difficult to get into the market. I was dealing with Magdalena mostly, but also her manager Dom in her absence. They are both beyond fantastic to deal with!.
Courteous, accessible, reliable and very willing to help.
I finally got a window of opportunity, but with little time to waste and Magdalena got it done ✅. I am so grateful for her ongoing care working with me and on my file, her kindness always as well as her willingness to help when things get tricky- she as greatly appreciated.
I’m finally about to settle a property and having a reliable lender and agents supporting you when needed throughout a very stressful process is invaluable.
Looking forward to everything being finalised on the lenders end, but as for the initial impression of Tiimely and Their credit assessor’s 🙏🥳👏❤️🌟
