We truly cannot recommend Veronica highly enough. After working with two previous brokers from other companies who left us feeling confused and stuck, finding Veronica was a stroke of luck- a Google search that had Tiimely pop up and the rest was history! From our very first meeting, she made us feel comfortable and like everything was possible. She continued to back that up every step of the way.

I use to be able to access my Tiimely account through Adelaide Banks app which worked fine. Then they stopped that. Accessing my Tiimely account via their website is a nightmare. So much so that I’m going to move banks now as it’s not worth the headache. 🤕

Massive thanks for the lightning-fast response and approval - I barely blinked, and it was done! Honestly, dealing with Timely (formerly Tic Toc) feels less like applying for a home loan and more like ordering a pizza: quick, smooth, and incredibly satisfying. (Although, let’s be real, no pizza has ever gotten me a house!)

This is my second time around with Timely - the first time, 3 years ago, I gave 5/5 stars everywhere I could. Now I’m searching for loopholes in the internet to give them 6/5. If there’s a secret star rating society, count me in.

Speedy pre approval and full approvals. Applied for pre-approval while house hunting which was quite fast after applying. Once I found a property I liked the full approvals process was fairly quick and easy.

Make sure to also read the contract just in case you get any surprises as they are a broker.

The staffs, Magdalena and Sumayiah, were superb given I had to sort out the loan within 2 weeks timeframe to meet Settlement date. They maintained close communication all the while and were quick to response that really helped to the anxiety away. Application and document submission were easy to navigate as they walk me through the process all along. It a great experience. Thank you.
