I subcribed for this newspaper..they…

I subcribed for this newspaper..they took my money very quickly ( next day) but did not activate my account. I called them few times but seems like no one cared or knew how to solve the issues... after several emails they finally activated..but weekend newspaper did not arrive...causing stress...just for simple subcribtion, customer paid to you and you are providing online service but it took too much times and effort just to be able to read this.Out there have plenty other options too.

De Tijd paper subscription

I have a subscription on the Belgian newspaper the "Tijd", It is a hybrid subscription: during the week digital, a paper edition during the weekend. However, most of the weekends, the paper edition is not delivered. When taking contact with customer service, you get standard answers, but not a solution. By default, they extend your contract with 3 calendar days. The problem is that first of all you pay for a service that is not delivered. The 2nd problem is that nobody takes your complaint serious, each time you contact customer service, you get a standard answer, but the next week it is not resolved. The 3rd problem is that you don't get a proper compensation, you don't receive your paper version, but get a contract extension of 3 calendar days for a digital newspaper. My recommendation: save time and frustration and don't take a subscription on the paper edition of the "Tijd".
