We created a verified TikTok Business Center account and loaded $260 USD to run ads for our brand. Before we could launch a single campaign, TikTok suspended our ad account without a clear explanation, citing "suspicious or spam behavior" — which we strongly dispute.

We have been requesting a refund of our unused balance for over a month through official support channels (Ticket #4294894). The automated refund system blocks us, and the support team confirmed in writing that escalating further "would not make any difference."

TikTok charged us $260 USD, provided zero advertising services, and is refusing to return the money. This is unacceptable.

Good day I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with TikTok Business has been beyond frustrating. I’ve been trying to get my account approved for quite some time, and the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Communication is almost non-existent no clear updates, no proper support, and definitely no sense of urgency or professionalism.

Due to the lack of assistance and repeated delays, I decided to withdraw my funds and deactivate my account, as per the official procedure. Despite following all the steps required to request a refund, I have received zero response from TikTok’s support team. It’s incredibly disappointing that a platform of this size can operate with such poor customer service and lack of accountability.

If you're considering using TikTok Business, I strongly advise you to proceed with caution. The service is unreliable, and if you run into issues, don’t expect help anytime soon if at all.

Such an incompetence I have never seen in my life before. Was opening an AD account with a marketing agency. After adding the credit card for payments, the card was always declined, despite I am using it every day. Then we have used a second card, also without success, then the paypal account, also not working. After 11 emails between Tik Tok and me, they tell me, we cannot help and all the best in the future. My suspicious is, that they are using AI chatbots, because I had always received the answer, that the problem is now solved. Even my social media company was struggling and that is a statement. So we have closed the account and go the the competitor, which was working without problems.

I would give 0 stars if possible, because TikTok steals our lifetime and nerves.

I think ,all the great marketing promises and the huge number of business, which should be working with TikTok are fake and not real. Because I cannot imagine that i am the only one, who is having problems with that. The company should leave such an inhuman and discriminating path and avoid the AI, when it comes to interaction with the people.

End of the story: Stay away from TIKTOK, you do not know what is is happening in the background and what they are doing. Look at most companies, they are mostly successful with other social media companies.....

Despite multiple appeals, the issue remains unresolved, and the lack of transparency is very frustrating. The repeated denials without a clear reason have left me feeling ignored and helpless. I am considering sharing my experience publicly to inform other advertisers about the challenges and lack of support I’ve encountered. I hope TikTok can improve its customer service and provide better clarity on such issues.
