Delivery went wrong, but the company eventually made it right

My original order was delivered incorrectly, I received another customer's goods, and despite flagging it immediately with the driver and customer support, 800 kg of material was left on a busy public street before a weekend. I had to move the material to safety myself, and later move it back out and repack it at my own expense. The correct order arrived days later, after I helped the carrier identify the shipment from photos.

That said, Tile Expert has since acknowledged the situation and offered a compensation for the inconvenience, which I appreciate. The product itself is good, and I'm glad the matter was resolved.

There is room for improvement in the carrier's handling of delivery errors, but the company did take responsibility in the end. Updating my review to reflect the resolution.
