Generally excellent! I didn’t realise they were based in Europe when I ordered the tiles which accounted for the delays in transport. However customer service was efficient and effective in dealing with my queries. Some of the tiles were damaged on arrival however they quickly offered either a refund or replacement. Again it took a few weeks for the remaining tiles to be received. Also I got a small refund in both cases. I cannot fault them really the tiles were exactly what I wanted and I’m very pleased with the results in my kitchen. I would use them again.
