Was a bit sceptical this would work out so well – contactless, a bit of a removed process, sending a wire transfer to a small country in Europe and hoping for the best. The process was so smooth; the tiles arrived ahead of schedule to the middle of the prairies in Canada. I wanted to order more from Tile.Expert rather than our local supplier, simply because it was so smooth and I didn't have to wait for someone to talk to a rep, get back to me for an okay, and then hopefully place the order in time. Would recommend to anyone who has a pretty good idea of what they need, wants a unique tile and wants more control in the process.
