They then get you to order another stock vehicle which I didn’t like
Ordered a van through Tilsun which wasn’t as specified so I cancelled the order
They refuse to pay £300 processing fee back to my bank
Would certainly not recommend this lease company
Got a fiat500 from tilsun, finding them on carwow. They were the cheapest offer, 80 quid less than a local dealer , so I was wary but they did everything perfectly- communications excellent, fast, car delivered well with a friendly driver, link to hitachi finance was smooth, car registered with fiat… it was good enough for me to proactively write this and I’ve never written a trust pilot review ever
