Great customer service. I had a couple of issues with orders I recieved so I got in touch with tilts customer service team and they rectified the issues promptly, thanks tilt.

When I came across a problem with one of my orders I contacted tilt and they quickly responded to my concerns it was settled very quickly within 24 hours. I’m disabled and I love this app and my days are filled. I would definitely recommend them many thanks

I've had (mostly) a good experience on TILT but one thing I cant fault is their customer service. I've had to raise a few different issues recently and the customer service was prompt, thorough and they did their best to resolve and issues the same day.
If you're looking to buy pokemon cards I recommend seller PokeKing. I would recommend you avoid streamers that sell gave slots to win pokemon prizes - unless you're willing to receive something way under the value of what you pay (not forgetting theres added buyers protection fees/postage costs). Some sellers and fellow buyers have questionable morals. This may be obvious but it is easy to get caught up and carried away with the excitement in these high energy streams and end up gambling more than you set out to do. Remember the streamers arent doing it just for fun and there will only ever be one winner when it comes to gambling. You're best off sticking to streams where you know what you're getting. Sadly due to the value of some cards going through the roof, the pokemon craze has made people forget who they are - a lot of these streams are filled with money hungry sharks willing to bite off the hand that feeds them. There are some good and honest sellers and streamers still. Just take your time to decide where to spend your money and dont allow yourself to get caught up in the hype.

Tilt is an amazing app with some really trustworthy sellers! Streamers like pokewilo, monster_tcg, pokenpop, thecardyboys, slabstreetcards, poketcg... Just to name a few!

Great app with genuine sellers just shop around first until you find the ones ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very easy to use platform and the customer service is great, I had an order not delivered through no fault of the seller it was the delivery service EVRI (surprise surprise) who failed to deliver my order, after contacting tilt support they sent me a refund.

I am a seller on tilt, the team is absolutely amazing, deal with any questions big or little and resolve issue if any do happen to arise. They do great incentives for both buyers and sellers, often giving away cash vouchers to go towards your next purchases for referrals and random giveaways from streamers.

Overall it’s a great experience, no hassle, no drama, great community, great TILT team.

Customer service wasn't so great they said that they couldn't find a problem when clearly there is and still is when items are purchased you automatically get put in to the buyers giveaways my name never does also the system doesn't always recognise sizes of items and puts the wrong thing

The sellers are helpful and friendly, The app is easy to use and delivery time is generally within a week of purchasing.

I have bagged some great deals over the last few months and appreciate saving money which helps me buy things for my children and family.

I have recommended this app to atleast 50 or more different people since I started using it and saving so much money.

I’m a really big fan of tilt as I love collecting Pokemon cards. Tilt always looks after you if you don’t get your order. Always refund you your money. They also giving good offers to local customers. I’ve spent a lot of money on the app as I love it.

I think tilt still has a lot of work ahead of them. Still lots of glitches to iron out and they need to create a bullion location as it’s currently under menswear which is just stupid. If they are to compete with the likes of whatnot then they need to step up their game

I started live streaming on tilt for the first time few weeks ago I’m new to streaming all together never done it before The support is amazing from simple questions.. to sorting out the canceled auction orders so we done end up out of pocket ! Couldn’t be more grateful it’s great community other sellers tent to support each other I look forward to see where this journey will take me !
