My experience in Stockholm has been excellent! However the present rating is due to my most recent experience in Malmö. I tried to get help to move three three pieces of furniture. Despite two attempts my ad never moved further than the review stage despite waiting more than a whole day. Further, it was not possible to get in touch with Customer Service for an explanation as to the reason.

Started good but worse over time.
Old adds, to make it look like there is more than it actually is. 5-6 days old adds, double & up to 4 adds of one and same. Slower to none existing response. Overall it’ve gotten worser over time, but was good in the beginning.
