Disappointing Warranty Customer Service

Disappointing Warranty Customer Service

My father purchased a Titleist GT3 driver, and the club developed a crack on the crown after just one day of use.

We submitted a warranty claim on October 29, 2026, and as of November 3, we have not received any updates or information about the status of the claim.

For comparison, my son had an issue with his TaylorMade Qi35 driver. He contacted their customer support on a Sunday and received a response the very next day.

I expected a similar level of customer service from a premium brand like Titleist. It’s disappointing to spend this much money on a golf club and receive no communication when something goes wrong.

I hope Titleist improves its warranty communication and customer support.

10 Days and Counting — Still No Shipping Date

Placed an order 10 days ago — still hasn't been picked or shipped.

When I reached out for an update, I was told their warehouse had been closed and that they'd also been dealing with system issues. Fair enough, things happen — but what's not acceptable is that after 10 days, nobody can give me a confirmed shipping date. The best I've been offered is "it might ship sometime next week."

We're potentially looking at 2+ weeks to pick and dispatch a 4-item order. That's not a delays — that's a fulfilment failure.

Titleist make great products, but if this is the standard of their logistics and customer communication, it's seriously damaging to their brand. Wouldn't expect this from a premium company.

I’m a lifelong Titleist user. Clubs, balls, gloves, bag — I don’t play any other brand. This isn’t a one-off purchase from a casual customer. That’s what makes this experience all the more disappointing.

Top Tier Service

I've ordered a couple of times directly from Titleist (custom irons + Pro V1's). I have been extremely grateful and impressed by their service. When my irons arrived they were the wrong length, due to some miscommunication (possibly) on my part. They made it right and shipped me new irons before I even shipped back the old ones. They also sent me a shipping label and took care of everything with the exchange. Later, I had some Pro V's delivered to the wrong address (FedEx's fault), but Titleist sent me some replacements even though it wasn't their mistake. As long as their service is at this level they have a customer FOR LIFE. I will never play another club or ball. Thank you so much from a grateful customer.
