I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks to pay the settlement offer they gave me. I am still unable to get in touch with the person from the recovery department that presented me with the settlement offer.

Terrible don’t use this company. Run. The fees are ridiculous and they only respond if they need something from you. I paid off the loan a month ago they contacted me twice asking for my address to send my title and still nothing. I asked several times for copies of all my payments for my accountant. I have my own business now and I need it. Sounds very shady. Terrible company and boy did I learn a lesson.

They lie a lot !!!!! They send you a virtual copy of your loan agreement with no fees or %’z now on the virtual contract and then on top of that they charge you $700 fee just for you getting the loan that’s without interest and another $400 fee(might be more )of you don’t pay it off within 3 months but your loan agreement is for a year. They don’t tell you this on the phone when I talked to somebody she told me all I would have to pay is the original amount borrowed when I received my loan it was $750 by next month they said I owed $1250 and and if I didn’t pay it by the end of the 3 months it jumped to $1,850 just in fees and now I’m begging for my receipt after I already paid $865.91 they Saying I owe them $933.36 which mean they want over $1,000 for a 750 loan I don’t advise them
To anyone and when you tell them you were lied to they say oh well.

Bad company all around. My son passed away last month due to covid-19. I have found out 2 weeks ago I have brain cancer. Title loan fast is giving me 5 days to come up with 2,000. I work a minimum wage job with 25 hours per week. I can pay $200 per week, but I can't get any one to get back in contact with me

Customer service is not the greatest. They left a message saying that they needed further information. When I called back to inquire about the details, the details that were given to me over the phone were total different then what the message left requested. When I asked about it the customer service person only restated what she had said previously. I asked for a supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor for that shift. Needless to say the call continued to go downhill. After getting off the call a email was sent saying Notice of Adverse Action Taken..... meaning everything thing that I uploaded and that I had already been pre approved for, didn't matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ( NOT ) I received a Loan elsewhere with no hassle at all - all via online.

Customer service follow up was good, 1st expected due date was too soon after the loan.

Went through the process and found I was preapproved for $4,000 though I did not need but $3,000. Problem was the payments were over $500 for 12 months, More than I could handle and I would eventually pay back over twice what I borrowed. I find that extremely high when they have my car title for collateral. I can go to any on line loan company and do the same without using my car title.

I was originally approved for $5,000.00 but then the next day they still needed more documents and lowered to $2700.00. I was set up for weekly payments, but they made a mistake and did a bi-weekly payment. It took me two days to get resolved. They did refund back the portion that was not supposed to be taken out. I believe it should be handled in a more thorough manner and definitely keep their word on the promised amount that was originally quoted to me.
