I was emailed by Royal Mail to tell me I had refused the delivery which was a complete lie lie and they said it was being returned to sender! Trying to contact TK MAXX was virtually impossible and frustrating beyond belief! I’m still no closer to getting this issue resolved! I seriously won’t be purchasing online again from these jokers! I eventually found out that TK MAXX had wrongly addressed my order! It’s not rocket science ffs

Just been to TKMaxx Broadmead Bristol. I found what was looking for but at the till I was “served” by someone that had a name badge “Tyrone”. I was very polite, smiling and pleasant but what an awful service I received. I’ve never seen Tyrone before and I hope I’ll never see Tyrone again. I was made to feel like I shouldn’t be there. This person is not suitable to be in a customer service department. If TKMxx is not proud to provide the basics in customer service, it doesn’t deserve my custom.

Excellent Customer service. Anita was extremely helpful and sorted out my query immediately. I wish all my enquiries were dealt with so quickely and so politely by customer service assistants like Anita.

Like the stores, and homesense is my favourite but, the online lacks products,and is dull.
I think TK put any ramdom stuff they want gone,or have to much.
The reward program is dull. WOW you have five keys then dull. Entering a competition is not a reward!
The rest of the offerings like magnetic bookmarks. Dull ,or junk tbh
To me a waste of time effort ,and childish!

Worst security at any event i have been to at TK Maxx Presents Live at Powderham 2026. How dare you employ those idiots. Badly run, incompetant management, just plain rude. And hour and a half wait to get in??!! No other event this bad at powderham. Very upset.

Tk Maxx Ringwood Road retail park branch. Extremely bad customer service. I have shopped in tk maxx branches for over 30 years. This evening I wanted to buy a pair of white trainers. Both pairs on the shelf were badly marked with dirt , retailing at £39.99 not reduced with clearance sticker. When I enquired about having a price reduction of a small amount due to the shoes having dirt marks the staff were very rude and said it would not qualify for any reduction as the marks can be SCRUBBED off !!! Tk maxx historically have always done discount for goods with such defects. There is no guarantee that the marks would come off. It feels like they now treat customers with very little respect. Very disappointing service

BRIXTON STORE - SOUTH LONDON. I purchased a mans GC watch online only to find the bracelet was extremely small and the clasp was almost impossible to open. I returned it to the jewelry counter at the Brixton store yesterday - 28 June 2026 - and the staff were so polite, helpful and considerate. I obtained a refund and even got a cheerful goodbye on the way out. Really nice customer service.

My issues was handled in a timely manner . Customer care was warm and receptive.

I got in contact with Tkmaxx customer service about an issue I had with my account and it was fast and amazing service.

Great customer service - Lauren B resolved my issue quickly and without fuss.

I Bought a handbag this morning at tkmaxx guiseley retail store Leeds only to realise the strap was torn. I brought it back and got a full refund, I came back an hour later to get something else and they’d literally just put it back on the shelf for someone else to buy at full price only to realise it’s broke. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Surely damaged goods should not just be refunded and place back on the shelf!

My order arrived damaged and I contacted customer services. My issue was dealt with promptly, efficiently and consideration for my disappointment.

TK MAXX METROCENTRE. Lovely gentlemen serving at the cashiers but sue who was working in the women’s cosmetics section was terribly rude. As I was stood browsing in a specific section she forced her way right in front of me and started putting stuff on the shelf! Literally centimetres in front of me. No excuse me or anything and continued to pretend I was not there. Which lead to me not being able to see the products anymore.

Unfortunately picked up 5 shirts today from order online. None of them are true to size - very baggy. They are so baggy! But the worst part is that one of shirts is stained with some orange dye.. I never experienced something like that. If you buy shirt online it is
1. Packed in protective foil
and
2. It is never damaged.
But it looks like TkMaxx knows better. How can you sell dirty shirt? It was out of foil too... the foil is attached to the shirt but it is ripped, looks like someone who this picked this up in warehouse clearly did that intentionally to ruin someone's day.
