A total nightmare to deal with.
Linked to RACT Travel Insurance..don't go there. Totally unsympathetic.. totally don't care. We are going through a nightmare with them as RACT Travel Insurance. Partner diagnosed with cancer.. what should be a simple claim has turned into an ongoing bigger than Ben Hur saga. Avoid RACT Travel insurance online at all costs. Check their ratings on Trust Pilot etc.

So far i've dealt with six agents, made several complaints against certain agents due to thier unprofessionlism. They do not check documentation that as been sent. Ask for impposible original receipts that can not be provided.Do not show any customer care. They are a part of RAC and i will never deal with them again.

April 2026 I contacted Mr. Garcia for help re: Refined Roofers...they did not give me the proper info causing me to spend $6,000 on a new roof. Since Aril all I have been receiving is an extension. This now my five extension with no assist in going against their bond. You can't call these people and certainly not find a manager to help. This is a scam...beware

Derisory service in every respect. Claims handlers take the easy route to anything that costs them time and the difficult route to anything that provides value. Absolutely the worst claims experience in my life to date.
Not really interested in my complaint. I wouldn’t trust them or their agents to represent my interests.

After some difficulty I am please to update that Tokio Marine have helped me and settled my claim.

Once they had verified what was needed they processed my claim quickly and professionally .

Should have a zero star review .... considering it's been 4 months and no response but they'll take your money no problem ...but as soon as there's a problem they have different brokers talking with u just to buy them more time to put in ur n the ass without kissing u first ...Thanx guys....where do they find these thieves at??? Lawsuit anyone I think so

EXTORSION COMPANY! I sold my business 5 years ago. Recently they sent me a notice indicatinng I owe $34 for a DMV balance 2 years ago. (go after the new owner) Several conversations later they send me a letter indicating all was resolved and the case is closed. THEN they send a notice to Experian of non payment. Dropped my credit score 120 points!

A claim for damage to a roof was swiftly dealt with and initial advice was great.

Stephanie was polite and professional dealing with the claim. A little surprised by other reviews on here. I obviously got a great case handler.

The Non-Response, I can't open your docs, I didn't receive your docs, putting together a denial letter that 3 weeks later I don't have - I finally turned to our Insurance Dept. - I'd had enough. Utterly ridiculous, slow, not caring, disregarding

The inability of this institution to ensure equality and humanity in their practices is appalingly disturbing and outright disgusting! If you have any concern for inclusivity and compassion for humanity, give your business elsewhere.

This insurance company via the RAA have real problem dealing g with people who need to claim.
Excuse after excuse I keep getting from them.
They are doing my head in and really don't listen or care.
I spoke with them on the phone about an issue with my actual travel booking and yet they follow up with an email about the same thing after explaining it to them.
Don't use them if booking insurance from the RAA

Make a Statement ASAP. Fire her a$$. Save your a$$.

Trash company ! Fire racist Tamara

Any company that employs racist abusers such as Tamara should be ashamed of themselves. For those who don't know, this vile woman is all over the internet racially abusing someone at the top of her voice.

I would never trust a company that keeps people like Tamara Ashijan on staff. Imagine how they treat customers.

Absolutely the worst company ever. How is it your whole goal to help your clientele but keep people like Tamara employed? Not only is she now going viral for being an extreme racist but she’s also not from here originally? So not only is that unjust but also extremely backwards. Please find anywhere else for your services because Tamara doesn’t need your money she needs professional help and maybe a reality check from the home country.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Please take a look at your racist employee TAMRA … she’s viral now in a racist video screaming at a neighbor and using racial slurs. You should be ashamed to have an employee like this … I’m reporting your company IF you do not take action against her.

If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. This is an absolute scam of a company. Their entire business model is built on denying your legitimate claim, then accusing you of submitting a fraudulent claim, all the while delaying communication and daring you to sue them over their claim denial. EXTREMELY unethical and immoral company. DO NOT waste your time or money with these fraudsters.
